We loved our stay in Lansdowne Arms Hotel, such a great location to experience real Irish entertainment, visit the many Restaurants and Pubs and then ramble back to the Hotel. Breakfast filled us up for the day, I had the Porridge and secret ingredient! and it was delicious. Will certainly return.

We were checked in by a most friendly receptionist Aoife. She offered us a choice of 2 rooms.......we chose one to the back of the hotel. The ground floor of the hotel is real olde world style with a warming fire burning in the lobby, the bedroom is a bit dated but clean and well accomodated my only complaint is...

Stayed here one night on my trip through the ring of Kerry. Hotel was in a great spot if you are driving and is convenient to walk around town. Pub was nice although I didn't eat there they seemed to have a lot of locals who did. Room was not huge but was fine and it was quiet even though...

Bright large room very clean with comfortable bed. Best breakfast for a long time cooked fresh and to order served by very friendly staff. Very nice bar with a decent pint. Great location in the centre of town and close to all amenities

1 night stay. The plus for this hotel is that its staff are excellent so the service is great. Also very clean hotel although there seemed to be a bit of a stale smell in the bar so we declined the opportunity to eat there. Our biggest disappointment was the room . To say we took a step back In...

This is a great place to stay in Kenmare. The location is perfect, the breakfasts are great and the staff is wonderful. Our waitress at breakfast even sang us an Irish song. The pub is lively and reasonably priced

Our third night in Kenmare and we had a meal in the bar/dining room of the Lansdowne Arms Hotel. Clearly there were locals drinking and dining here because only one Aussie (us) and an American accent could be heard. The service was friendly and prompt, our food, a seafood pancake and the Irish Stew, were piping hot and delicious. The...

I have stayed in this hotel many times and I always have the same great experience. What the hotel lacks in mod cons is definitely made up for in terms of helpfulness and friendliness of staff. Also breakfast is wonderful. No lining up for half cold buffet style breakfast here! Breakfast is served on hot plates and plenty of it....

Visited for a night of live Irish music and dancing. 3 kids and a bloke with a guitar, it was a bit Irish but only just, no sound system so very hard to see or hear anything as also quite cramped. The food was served hot but had been kept hot a little too long, goujons over done and a...

Breakfast and the front desk service at this hotel absolutely will not disappoint. This hotel is conveniently located on the main strip, near plenty of shopping and pubs aplenty. There’s also a lot of shopping on that street for you to find all of the souvenirs you’ll need. Aoife at the front desk is delightful and ever so helpful—she was...
