The staff are the friendliest and most accommodating that we have encountered to date. They are the reason we returned! There was a slight mix up with the booking, which was mostly my fault, however, the staff gave us a free upgrade and we didn't even have to ask. We're very happy customers and our family can't wait for our...

This is a nice hotel with modern facilities. The staff is friendly but not to effective in assisting their customers. For example, they need more then one receptionist at the front desk; I visited her for assistance a few times and the phone was ringing off the hook throughout the evening and she could not tend to me. The hotel...

We got married in the Kenmare bay in September this year (2016). We were so delighted with everything. Tom is a total professional, so much experience behind him. All the staff were really helpful and pleasant. The food was outstanding, all of our guests said so. The function room is so bright and spacious. Lots of accommodation options. And Kenmare...

On the 15th October my very large extended family enjoyed a special night here. There were approx. 35 adults and 15 children. We gathered to remember my father who died 10 years ago . Initially we were concerned because we were such a large party and of such varying ages (from 8 weeks to 80) but we need not have...

As a family group of 42 people with a huge variation of ages we were looking for a venue for a meal out that would accommodate all our needs - which ranged from space for buggies to high chairs to wifi. The Kenmare Bay was the perfect place. The food was lovely, with great choice on the set menu. It...

Nice hotel at the edge of town but a s9hort stroll in to town via a shortcut/footpath which is signposted. Room was fine and staff were friendly. Plenty parking available. Didn't have breakfast as we were too late getting up. Hotel was busy as there was a wedding on there.

I booked the Kenmare Bay hotel for 2 nights midweek as a solo traveller. I was delighted to get an upgrade to a superior room without asking, it was a nice surprise! The room was large and very comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous. Bar food was very good. It's only a 3-5 minute walk into the town which is...

Fabulous accommodation but I don't think a wheelchair accessible lodge/House is suitable on a hill. It is very hard to get someone in and out of a house on a hill. Also bar in the hotel was totally unsuitable as there was no access to the bar with a lift you can to use outside entrance

We stayed for a night over the weekend and found the hotel to be clean & modern. The rooms were recently decorated but the beds were very basic, hard & uncomfortable.
