My wife and I enjoyed a 3 night break in this hotel. Our room was 308 and overlooked the bay. The hotel and room are old world and fitted out to a very high standard. The emphasis is on relaxation and the setting and ambiance of the hotel facilitates this. The service was excellent all round - from the reception...

Myself and my son stayed here for three nights and we had a fantastic time. The staff are very nice and our room had a great view. We went fishing and caught a trout which was thanks to our lovely ghilly Robert, we played tennis, croquet and had lots of fun chilling in the lounge with board games and watched...

Visited here for a family lunch over Easter. The place was fairly empty for a bank holiday weekend and you can see why. This place is stuck in the 80s with dust everywhere! The toilet facilities had no soap and one drenched towel hung on a rail soooo unhygienic! Our lunch arrived and it was so overpriced. Portion control at...

A warm Irish welcome greeted us at the door, old school check in was prompt, luggage carried to our beautiful room, we had room service, dinner, drinks and breakfast and really enjoyed the infinity pool, all were unreal, so many places can get the ordinary things wrong but not here in the park, everything was impeccable. I have stayed in...

This is a luxury hotel which benefits from possession of some truly stunning views from its dining room and lounges. It doesn't come cheap, but the service is second to none. The leisure centre is excellent as is the breakfast and dinner. The customer is well looked after every step of the way. It should be noted that the building...

I visited for lunch recently with my mother and husband for a special birthday occasion. We had driven over hour and half to get there as somewhere we had wanted to try, mainly because of the high standards they judge other hotels by on the tv. The main issues with our visit were: - my mum was in a wheelchair...

Visited this place to have lunch with a few friends. Got salad sandwiches. They came out with barely anything between the two slices of bread. Small bit of egg. Then charged 8 euro for one. Bill for 4 x sandwiches and 4 x teas, 1x fish and chips and 2 x chowders was 101 euro. Place is dated. Smells and...

We had the privilege of being in the Park Hotel recently and found the food and service to be of the best in line with what you would expect of a 5 star hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, of a positive disposition and go out of their way to make your visit memorable. We did have one small indiscretion...

The T.v reception was very poor. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The decor was outdated especially the couch in the room and the room layout wasn't great. The bed was on the short side for my tall boyfriend. Portion sizes were small for the price. On checkout Francis Brennan was in the foyer and did not...

We popped in for lunch on Sunday afternoon. Myself my wife, daughter & grandson. We were brought into a small dining room with 6 sets of tables. The food was excellent served by very pleasant staff. We asked for a bowl of food for my grandson and this was brought immediately. The atmosphere was nice and quiet & well worth...
