We travelled to Airlie Beach with a group of 12 friends for a wedding. We were accommodated in 2 x 3 bedroom apartments which fitted our needs perfectly. The apartments are spacious and we could all meet up in one apartment for drinks and takeaway meals. Crockery and cutlery was a little haphazard as we only had two mugs but the receptionist was accomodating when approached for more. I recommend taking a few items like a tablecloth ( table was sticky and unpleasant despite a scrub) washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, if staying longer than a few nights. Easy walk to beach and Fat Frog cafe.

I can’t rave enough about this place. Right from entering reception the front lady was welcoming with a smile, the room was clean and fresh and exactly like the pictures. We stayed in #5 with 2 bedrooms. I regret not taking photos before we started our stay as it was immaculate! Everyone was so nice and always said hi to us like old neighbors. Facilities were abundant - lots of plates, bowls, knives, pots, dishwasher, essentially a whole house away from home. The pool was a treat for the kids and the BBQ was clean. So close to cannonvale beach and airlie beach and just when you think it can’t be better, we got a bottle of wine as we stayed for Christmas. I never say I’ll come back anywhere but in this instance, I will definitely be back!

W could not fault our stay of 2 nights. Bed comfortable, the unit smelt lovely upon entering, Laundry facilities and products provided, Bathroom products also provided. A short drive or walk (if you feel 3 kms is ok for you) to the main street of Airlie Beach. One block up on Shute Harbour Road was the very best Restaurant Bar "Banjo's" which in our opinion offered and served the best food we have found on our travels at reasonable prices. We travel a great deal as we fly our own plane and in the 23 day trip from the Mid Coast up the centre to the Gulf and over to Darwin then down to Broome across the Centre from Broome to Airlie Beach all our meals purchased at restaurants or pubs. So take a bow "Banjos" and the Beach Court Holiday Villas.

Had an awesome stay in a great 2 bedroom apartment directly opposite the pool, met a couple of amazing residents there and honestly loved the apartment, facilities and location. Easy 500m walk to shops, bottle shop and a great value tavern. Beautiful scenic 45 minute ( slow pace) along the coast past Abel Point Marina to Airlie Bach . Great for having a few drinks and no need of a hire car with a well worth $15-20 taxi ride home from Airlie and surrounds. Ask for Apartment 21 if you can best downstairs location with magical orange/ pink evening skies wherever you are

We stayed in a 2 bedroom spacious apartment with a large kitchen, laundry, lounge, dining table and undercover parking right next to the front door. Loved how the pool was right in front of our apartment and we enjoyed it daily on our stay. Friendly receptionist, quietly located within short distance to shops. Only negatives was there was only one air conditioner which was in the lounge, but we put all the fans on and it cooled the apartment. The dining table was sticky, the washing machine made such a horrible sound when in use, the tv remote didn’t work properly and the apartment was dated.

I am very happy to give this place a 5 star rating. I went with a family of 7 for a couple of days and as a late check in, was met my Lynelle at the front reception. She was absolutely pleasant and kind even with a baby in my arms and 3 kids roaming around the process of checking in was quick and easy with Lynelle who was very friendly. The Villa was so beautiful, spacious and clean and contained all the amenities needed to have a pleasant stay. Brett the groundsmen was very friendly as well and even assisted my neice carry rubbish into the bin. I am beyond grateful for booking with Beach court holiday Villas and I will definitely be back for another holiday. 🙏🏾

This was our second stay at Beach Court Villas and both have been very enjoyable. The units are very well set up and roomy. The pool area was beautiful. Loved the location - close to the beach front and well placed in Cannonvale. Even though the units had great kitchen and cooking facilities, we'd walk 5 minutes down to the Fat Frog on the beach front and have breakfast and coffee there each morning. We'd definitely go there again!

The ground floor of the townhouse/villa was so dark in the living area you just didn't want to sit there unless it was night time. The bedside tables were covered in weeks of dust. The tiled floor appeared clean but was dirty as I washed my feet at least twice a day & always before bed as they were black. The outside porch light did not work & was not fixed after asking twice. No outside clothes line although it said there was one.

This room did NOT match the photos we saw online. It had a strange smell. The blinds were filthy, the fans dusty. There was only dirty blankets in the cupboard and a sheet on the bed. The air con was broken (we were told it was going to be fixed, it was not) I electrocuted myself on the range hood (which they duct taped back on) there was an air freshener sticky taped to the ceiling. The dryer didn't work, the wifi didn't work. We had no bath plug and had to call for one. I found a cockroach crawling in the bedside draw. The shelves in the cupboards were filthy dirty. I complained and got out of there, the owners/managers didn't bother to contact me. I wrote emails, letters, tried to take them to fair trading. Eventually expedia got me a refund but only for the night I didn't stay, not for the 2 I did (should have left straight away, but I was travelling with 3 small children. The owner made out like I was making a big deal over nothing.... SEE PHOTOS!! Would never stay or recommend this place to my worst enemy. Absolutely disgraceful customer service!!

A really good, comfortable, friendly place to call home for a few days. A short stroll to a lovely beach and child playground with plenty of barbecue sites with tables and chairs. A really lovely swimming pool in the centre of the complex as well as a friendly family of bush stone curlews to watch and listen too. Very large, comfortable rooms with everything provided, except your beach towels and goggles and flippers for those truly wonderful Whitsunday Island cruises you have to choose from.

Your correct we do not supply goggles and flippers as all tour companies supply them already on board. And pool towels are optional as we find most of our families bring their own. Keep an eye out for our "Week in the Whitsundays" special should you want another winter escape. 7 nights accommodation in a 2-bedroom Garden Villa. Return airport transfers for 2 people.
