I was forced to find a hotel for an overnight stay after my husband was kept overnight at the Mater Hospital just up the road. I walked down to the hotel and was happy to find that they had vacancies and they were so helpful, giving me a toothbrush and advising me about local amenities. Additionally, when I told reception that I had come down from the Mater Hospital, they told me that there was a Mater discount which they would apply to my rate, woohoo!

The Quest NS is a great location if you are working in North Sydney with the advantage of being close to an abundance of dinning options.
The gym facilities were spacious and plentiful meaning you didn't need to line up for the equipment you wanted to use.
Definitely will be back

We stayed here for a month upon returning to Oz and the hotel was able to accomodate our cat as well.

We stayed in two adjoining rooms, one a smaller studio and the other larger studio with street facing views. As it is a small hotel we never had any issues with noise from other guests in the hallway - a pet peeve of mine now that we have a child.

The hotel is conveniently located and semi onsite parking was a bonus for us. It’s about a 2 minute walk to the parking lot but is not fully undercover which is something to consider on rainy days.

No food and beverage services are on site but there are plenty of options nearby and an IGA downstairs.

Housekeeping were great and refilling our amenities upon request. As we had a child as well, we needed to use the dishwasher and cooking facilities more than the usual single travelling guest.

On site washers and dryers are downstairs. There was never an issue with availability. Again, we needed to use it every other day with our toddler so that was a godsend.

I would say that the aircon didn’t feel powerful enough on hot days in the larger room that faced Miller Street. Thankfully with the unseasonable weather, we only had 2 or 3 hot summer days in the room so we drew the blinds to keep the heat out. But maybe an issue in the upcoming summer months unless it has already been fixed.

The on-site manager and other staff were always helpful and friendly.

Our stay was in a studio apartment so we anticipated our room to be cozy.
HOWEVER beware of the micro shower. Our bathroom layout was not the same as displayed on the website.
I am a healthy sized female and it was challenging to use the shower due to limited space. Don’t drop anything or you will either hit you head on the shower soap shelf or you butt will be pressed up against the tap wear
The room was all together clean and otherwise well appointed and styled.
The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
The check in staff did not seem have an understanding of the car park arrangements and suggested we pay Quest a $35 per day rate, when the actual price was $10 per day !
We won’t stay here again

Dear 123Kooti, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with Quest North Sydney. We were very disappointed to read that the room layout was not to your liking however are glad that you found the room to be quiet and comfortable. Regarding the parking; the normal parking fee if paid direct is $56 per day and $10 on weekends, The $10 fee does not include the over night fee and is only valid for 1 entry and exit. When paid via the hotel we offer a $35 flat fee for 24 hours unlimited entry/exit. Thank you again for taking the time to provide your feedback. Warm regards,

Quest North sydney was our pick of the bunch when looking for accomodation for our family trip to taronga zoo for Vivid. Quest North Sydney is modern and clean. The apartments were large and inviting we stayed in 2 studio apartments next to each other. These can be used for families as there is a door on the outside of the 2 rooms. The apartments have pretty much everything you would need for a short stay to a long term stay, cooktop, microwave dishwasher etc. The location is in the middle of North Sydney so dont expect any harbour views. The concierge were most helpful when we arrived (google maps took us to an alley behind the apartments) stay on miller street and try find parking, weekends its free parking which is great. There is also council run carpark around the corner which offers cheap parking as long as you inform Quest apartments. There is many restaurants and pubs nearby also a woolworths and BWS down the road. I would highly recommend these apartments.

We stayed here for severalDays on two occasions each time in June and July. It is the perfect location being at 231 MillerStreet between Berry close to libraries, North Sydney rail station only a six minute stroll away. And the well appointed apartments from the large spacious Studios to two bedders etc. are among the nicestwe have seen.
Our Studio had a complete kitchenette complete with microwave, dishwasher and stove and oven. The king sized
bed was new and very comfortable. Truly Quest is a real gem of a. Hotel in North Sydney

The thing I love about quest apartments is how clean, crisp and well set out the rooms are. North Sydney Quest delivers this really well and it’s my go-to whenever I feel like staying in the city. The location is only a 5minute walk to Greenwood Plaza and North Sydney station with a quick 10minute train to town hall.

being stranded after flight cancellations we needed somewhere to hunker down, self-cater and try to find flights home. Quest North Sydney provided exactly what we needed when we needed it. The studio apartment was ideal for our needs, and the "pantry service" provided us with basic grocery items so we could arrive and just relax without having to think about shopping, The kitchen equipment was perfect. Joshua and his team were absolutely great. It was a pity the gym was closed but that was covid-19's fault! We could walk to local shops and services without a problem. One tiny thing that could improve the apartment would be a more comfortable sofa, but that's a trivial concern in the context of somewhere so ideally suited to our needs. Great wifi, superb bed, lovely bathroom - and a coffee machine complete with a selection of coffee pods was icing on the cake. We were lucky to get flights as quickly as we did, but if we had needed more time in Sydney we would have happily stayed at Quest for as long as necessary. We felt very "at home" there, and are immensely grateful for such an excellent ideal facility.

Our stay at Quest was fantastic and the staff helped us at every turn. We had to print our some work for our kids and also order takeaway and the reception staff were always helpful and obliging. Extra towels and blankets were available and the laundry facilities were easy to use and powder provided. For an emergency stay, they had everything you need.

One night stay. Really no where to pull in to check in. Street parking was full
When checked in lady advised of 3 parks in area including one next door for $8. Others no charge. We parked in the weekend $8 one. Next morning charge was $30+. 8$ only applied same day not overnight. Suggest web should show parking/checkin details
Property itself was new and excellent. Easy walk to nearby pub

Absolutely! QNS has luggage storage for early arrivals pending rooms, late checkouts & for returning regular guests. You can leave luggage with a tag for collection from 0700-2300 daily.

Quest North Sydney uses 22 Ward street for parking, there are usually ample spaces in this car park & can be also charged back at $35.00per day for in and out entry. Alternatively you can also park on street on weekends/PH from 12pm without cost in close areas to the property but can be very busy when the market is on.
