Check in easy and staff friendly. Parking close at $35 per night was handy as we caught Metro or train into City from North Sydney. Room servicing excellent and very clean bathroom and room in general. 14th floor fairly quiet although in CBD area. Had great sleep, comfortable bed which is hard to find. King Luxe room was very roomy. No complaints here. Quality stay for the price.

The overall service from the front of house was immaculate. Each individual at front desk I liaised with were courteous, helpful and very informative.
The downfall for me was the housekeeping / up keep of the room. I stayed for 14 days in total and had the room serviced daily. However the dust accumulation in the room was not noticed by the housekeeping team and I noticed that they did not wipe down the ledges / side lamps / headboard etc. On another occassion I had to ask housekeeping to change the sheets and vaccum the room all of which I thought, would have been picked up by this specialised team.
Overall the stay was great, however I do feel that the housekeeping team should be across the long stay customers and should be prepared to change the sheets / vaccum the room without having to be prompted.
Bed was absolutely comfortable, a good choice of snacks and nibbles from the mini bar.

This is my second stay this month. Three nights at the beginning of December and five nights over Christmas. The experience on each stay was underwhelming. The check in on the first occasion was poor with only one check in agent and a queue of people.
My Christmas visit saw the air conditioning not working in the room. I rang Nev at reception and he said he would speak to the duty manager. He didn’t pass the message on. I then went to reception and spoke to the duty manager Claire who explained the temp in the room was measuring 27 degrees. As such, I had to move rooms. The cleaning of the room is haphazard, and rarely completed before late afternoon as rooms being checked out are prioritised, indicating a lack of staff. Maintenance is clearly an issue with stained carpets and common areas are tired. I rang for a coffee cup this morning and it didn’t arrive so I had to ring again. A knock on the door presented coffee capsules rather than a cup. If this is the sort of ‘Vibe’ they wish to promote, the hotel is well named. Never again. This is my normal hotel to stay as it is well priced and convenient to north Sydney shops and transport, but the service and quality of hotel is 3 star.

Our stay at the Vibe hotel North Sydney was everything we have come to expect in a high quality hotel. The staff were well trained and made checking in and out a hassle free experience. The room inclusions made our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable and quite no street noise. Overall our stay was great value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to return beautiful walks along Lavender Bay nearby were a definite highlight.

Lovely, quiet hotel, very clean with everything you need. Close to city either by public transport or car, we chose to take a Uber to city and this was so easy and cheap. Will come back as we are from regional NSW and often need accommodation in the city to attend shows

The room we were given initially (#1034?) was completely unsatisfactory for the cost, more like a $200/night room. The room we were moved to, #1204 should be ~$300/night, had a satisfactory outlook except for the glaring light from a sign board across the highway which the hotel should approach the Sydney City Council to have the owners fit an appropriate shade as it constitutes 'light pollution' in the building. Overall the amount charged for the room was exorbitant and to charge $800 for the last night of our stay was a heist. We have stayed in Vibe hotels in Melbourne, Darwin and hotels under the same ownership in Perth and Cairns but on the basis of the above it is more than likely we will never again...no restaurant, no room service, no breakfast, no bar, no movies and pool on the roof of the building next door...how much?

very pleased with all services supplied by your establishment. I have suggested a grab bar be installed in the shower bay to facilitate confidence in entering and exiting the shower. Also, a ledge that a guest can place their own soaps on.

Check-in is at a considerable walking distance from most of the rooms.
The room contained a Nespresso machine that I didn't have a clue how to operate.
The drinking glasses, mugs and spoons and kettle were all in a shelf above the drinks area,
and I could only just reach them.
To access all details about the hotel and hotel services you had to use a QR Code so that counted me out.
The step from the bathroom down to the room proper did have a tiny ramp, but the difference in floor levels was still disconcerting.
The air-conditioning console looked like it was from NASA. It had a circular middle rim within an almost square rectangle, and different options in each of the four corners. Maybe how to operate it was in the QR code information.
Most places I have stayed have an extra pillow and an extra blanket, this room didn't.
The bathroom was well stocked. The minibar was well stocked.
There are after hours access arrangements if you get back to the hotel after 10pm
The foyer area near check-in had plenty of seats and plenty of art and artifacts to look at.

A great location in central North Sydney within walking distance to the train station and nearby cafes, restaurants and shopping centre.

Your driver will pick up or drop off out the front of the hotel on Pacific Highway (171). Then just take the elevator up to the reception floor.
You can park out the front of the hotel in the street if there is a spot available or there is overnight parking available. If you were to use this facility it costs $55 and you pay the Vibe direct. If youchoose this option you can park your vehicle and get the lift up to reception

The height restriction for Secure Parking at 100 Miller Street is 1.9m.
This is the car park built below the hotel, which we recommend for our guests. We are able to give you a validation ticket which will discount the parking to $45AUD per 24 hours (single entry:exit).
