The Cross Square Hotel was the best place we stayed in our two week Ireland school trip. The staff was so friendly and Fiona was very personable. They made our stay feel as tho we hadn't even left home.

Even while being thousands of miles away from home, the staff at the Cross Square Hotel made us feel at home. They were more then happy to make sure we had the best experience possible and they would go out of their way to make us comfortable.

Wonderful friendly staff, with a backdrop of the scenic views to cast a spell on the most weary traveller. The room was exceptionally clean and all modern cons, but, still retain a country house atmosphere, to cheer the soul on any damp day

This was a lovely surprise. Fiona and crew are all about making you feel welcome in their quaint little town. I would stay here time and time again without hesitation, and would pay much more for the accommodations.

We stayed for 1 night to attend a family's Christening. The staff were all excellent, the breakfast lovely and the sit down meal was fantastic, all delicious and all served hot even though catering for large numbers. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Good value for money and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were far above...

Lovely hotel right in the heart of Crossmaglen, The staff were all very welcoming & friendly. The room was clean and large & overlooked the square, but even on a busy weekend there was minimal noise. The bar was always packed with drinkers having a good time and they regularly have musical guests. We also had a meal there- massive...
