Called for a snack lunch prior to going walking. Friendly efficient service, the food was very good with generous portions and the dog made welcome. Thank you. [Called later for a pot of tea for two.......excellent tea!
Due to its location nestled beside several walking/cycling paths it gets very busy at weekends.
Be prepared to wait for your food. Simple pub grub at decent prices.
Plenty outdoor seats.
Not enough toilets!
Provide water for dogs plus doggy snacks.
Staff not exactly welcoming....More
