This is the second time in 3 years that I have stayed at T's B&B and I still cannot fault it. Extremely clean, comfortable and full of character, with the added bonus of an on-site Farm Shop. The produce is 1st class.

I really enjoyed this visit because we had a nice cozy room that we could cook our own food in! Plus it was only a few minutes from the center of Bath! Also make sure you walk through the farm store! Amazing view over fields. Great place.😃. Very family friendly as we brought two kids with us and were welcomed...

Lovely room, very quiet and peaceful and could not ask for anything better. We stayed for 2 nights and wished that we could of stayed longer. Nothing was to much trouble for Caro. We were given fresh home baked bread when we arrived and were very impressed with everything in the room, especially the shower.

Beautiful rooms, gorgeous views, peace and quiet for a lovely relaxing stay!! Cooking breakfast ourselves gave us the opportunity to relax in our PJs until mid-morning! And by the way the local produce was amazing which followed a great night's sleep in a really comfy bed with beautiful dark curtains to ensure we slept past 0600!!! Thanks to Caro and...

We stayed in room 4 after a personal recommendation from friends who said it was a great place to stay. They were right. So comfortable, beautifully done rooms , lovely location and we loved having the stuff to make our own breakfast rather than having to get dressed and sit in a dining room. Would definitely stay again and will...

We stayed here on our way back home from our visit to Cornwall and Bath. Whilst the weather was miserable this place was the total opposite. It was a fantastic way to spend the last night of our south of England trip. The rooms are converted from the dairy outbuildings and are very well decorated and furnished. Bathroom was extremely...

What an amazing find..! Beautiful rooms all tastefully decorated, amazing organic body lotions and potions in the bathroom and a well-stocked kitchen. Just perfect. We absolutely loved it. It felt like we'd stepped into a tranquil heaven, with amazing countryside views to boot

We stayed on our way down to Cornwall, and it kicked off our break fantastically well. A beautifully converted building, tastefully decorated and in a stunning countryside location. A great touch to have all locally produced goods in the fridge, enabling you to have your breakfast when and how you want. Top value.
