The room was mainly clean however dust was everywhere and hairs under the bath Matt . Breakfast was hugely disorganised. Lunch was okay but how can someone serve stale old bread !!! There was a true lack of care in the restaurant side. However I have given the hotel three stars because of the receptionist I dealt with in the...

Excellent time spent in this wonderful Manor House. Ideal family destination for both the young and 'young at heart' as this property caters for both. So relaxing sitting in front of an open fire in the lounge drinking your morning coffee or after dinner drinks. Children are very well looked after and there is plenty to do within the hotel...

We recently had an overnight stay at Woolley Grange. The hotel, spa and facilities were great and geared towards children. Nothing was too much trouble and our daughter didn't want to leave. Would recommend for families as many spas have set times for children whereas here they can use the pool all day. There is a kids club, outdoor games...

It is really important to us, focussed at welcoming families, that children have full access to the facilities at all times. Do come back it the summer when the...

I stayed at the Woolley Grange for 2 nights whilst I was attending a course in a nearby village. I found the staff warm and welcoming after a very long day of driving and learning. My room was also very welcoming, comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. I absolutely loved the deep Bath after a very hectic day. The bed was...

Dear Amy B Thank you so much for your lovely review. It was great to meet you and I am so pleased you managed to sneak an early swim in the pool before your course! I do hope you manage to return with your family; to relax and enjoy the grounds and explore our local medieval market town of Bradford-on-Avon....

We stayed at Woolley Grange on a three night break with our two grandchildren and their parents. This was our first visit to Woolley Grange and we had a wonderful time. The great thing about this hotel is firstly that they are really fully committed to providing an excellent environment and experience for families. Our grandchildren aged 6 and 3,...

First class hotel but not fussy. Comfy and feels like home from home. Had a great May Day, the staff worked hard entertaining the children, adults and Dogs! Enjoyed the barbecue, cream tea, dog show, Maypole dancing and watching the children having a fun day. Will be returning as soon as possible!

Dear Colin G So please you enjoyed our annual open day - this year 'A Country Fayre'. It was a lot of fun and we saw lots of smiling faces! We'll need to think of some more magic for your next stay! Best wishes Clare and the Woolley team.

I visited Woolley Grange with my sister and mum for afternoon tea over the bank holiday weekend. We were in the lounge instead of the dining room which was really nice (the fire was on and it was a relaxed atmosphere). But we did feel slightly forgotten about, as no one came to take our order after about 20 minutes...

Dear Lucyinbath Thank you very much for your recent review. We are a very family oriented hotel and we usually offer afternoon tea to non residents in our dining room. This is because you are less likely to have children in the dining room with you, so it creates a more special grown up atmosphere. So pleased you took the...

One of those gems that you find and don't want to share. On arrival the staff were welcoming and very friendly; the food was exquisite and the dinner service impeccable. It was let down slightly by the breakfast pastries which were dry but this is easily rectified. We came as a couple but would return with children next time as...

My Eldest niece and her husband and 3 children under 7 years old, were staying in this fabulous hotel for 4 days last week. They invited us to spend a day with them: the weather was perfect and there are so many games for children to enjoy in the amazing gardens. It was a really fun day out for us...
