We're regular Center Parcs customers and have previously visited Sherwood and Woburn on several occasions, both of which are great examples of the CP brand. Longleat must be an exception to the rule, it certainly didn't match the standard of the other sites I have visited. We stayed in the Redwood Apartments which were terrible. They were very dirty, completely...

A group of us stayed for the weekend for a 40th birthday and we had a fab time !! However I feel after staying this time and the 2 previous times I've been here , the cleaners need some training ! We had a popped balloon on our kitchen floor and one deflating in a bedroom and clothes under a...

We stayed Friday through to Monday!! Longleat is a lovely Park. The tall Red wood trees certainly make you feel you are in forest!! The circle centre were more than helpful with my sister who has mobility problems (The hills certainly didn't help her) I want to say a big thank you to (I think he was the manager, sorry can't...

Once you get over the facts that 1.the price you pay does not reflect the quality of the accommodation (largely poor/ageing/damp/not working) 2.its all about the kids then the rest is actually pretty good. Don't book too many activities, make the most of the free stuff, mostly self cater and walk and swim each day and all will be fine.

Just come back from our first visit to a center parcs with a toddler. We stayed in an Executive Lodge - Nice accomodation....without doubt as others have said the lodges are a bit tired around the edges but perfectly acceptable - needs a bit of a deep clean though in places People rave about center parcs and how fab it...

We visited as a family in May (after already having stayed in September) and were really looking forward to returning. Negatives first - the lodge wasn't the cleanest when we got there. Furniture had veneer missing/plastic trim missing. On the last day we checked under the sofa for toys etc. that my nephew may have pushed under and we found...

Accommodation absolutely stunning... easy to wheel our daughter round. Housekeeping and guest services were fantastic. Definitely need a mobile changing table as it's adapted? And a hoist too. So much faffing around. This would have made our holiday excellent however it was the only thing I found disappointing, hoisted hot tub, but no where to hoist her after wards unless...

Brilliant time at centre parks.thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were brilliant regardless of where you went. Even if it rained there was plenty of things to do for the kids. Pottery painting a little pricey for me but a great therapeutic experience none the less. The supermarket/convenience store was adequate. Parking a bit long.parking areas not marked well so make sure...

We stayed at center parcs on 15th may 2017 in 540 fir... once again it was a fantastic holiday! We had our two children (11months & 3yrs) with us and as always center parcs didn't disappoint! Our 3 year old loved the cupcake decoration workshop and was well worth the price and our daughter loved the soft play in the...

I find this a really difficult review to write as I love Center Parcs and have stayed on four previous occasions, but this time it was a really disappointing visit. My husband and I last visited four years ago and this time we were joined by our two year old daughter. Unfortunately in those four years, nothing has changed expect...
