Poor service from beginning to end, entrance steps and displays covered in cigarette butts and broken glass, revolving doors smell like smoke, no greeting at reception, no service at the entrance tea/ coffee bar, toilets covered in excrement, chewing gum on seats and dirty tables... Won't return...

Just had an amazing meal at Seagoe. Lovely well cooked served by attentive waitress/waiter. The Cafe Royale was the best I've had. And what was great the dining room menu was the same menu and price as the bar. Well done. We were not residents so can't comment on rooms etc...

I've only rated it 2 stars rather than one because the hotel itself is nice, but the staff need manors and...

We arrived for an arranged event and on entering the reception friendly staff stepped forward to assist us to the gathering. The meal was ready and served at the time it was booked for, the meal was lovely, piping hot and well presented, empressive for the price that we as a group had organised. The staff were friendly and went...
