Ate here last Saturday. Atmosphere was good, although the food wasn't just what it quite usually was. Wasn't as tasty. There was a wedding on so we put it down to this that the food must have been rushed as staff were under pressure.

I stayed four nights at this hotel. For those, like myself, without a car, it is a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre, with occasional buses or a taxi ride costing £3.50. My room was spacious and comfortable and I very much enjoyed my stay.

The staff could not do enough for us and really made our daughters (6 and 1) welcome. The room in the annex was spacious, modern and clean and lovely comfy beds and travel cot for youngest was already assembled and made up (very unusual in hotels so lovely!). Food was out of this world and huge choice and great value...

Thank you for your excellent 5* review. Our staff will be delighted to read your comments, especially Nicole and Hannah. We have improved our bedroom facilities for families, so it is nice to know, they are being appreciated, and your 6 year old can move in no problem. Thanks again and hopefully we might see you again before school starts.

Pleasant overnight stay. Lovely room. Nice evening meal as was our breakfast. We were meeting family away from the hotel & on our return, the hotel and reception area was extremely busy, so much so we struggled to find a seat to enjoy our nightcap. That aside we did enjoy our brief stay. Staff were very friendly. The receptionist on...

We stopped by from nearby Garvagh to try the Sunday Carvery. We were greeted at the door and shown to our tables. The place was quite busy and there were a lot of staff on hand for the punters. There was a good selection of food: I opted for the ham but the beef also looked mouthwatering. It is a...

I was a guest at a wedding on 18th June 2016. I don't usually write reviews but felt the need to highlight the terrible manners displayed by the receptionist & the lady helping to clear the tables away after the meal!! The meal was also terrible with watery soup & gravy!! On a whole I would never recommend this hotel...

Dear B1779TAanonymous? Having spoken to the Bride and Groom today who held their reception with us on the 18th June, this review does not reflect the otherwise totally positive feedback that the hotel and bride have received from all their guests on the day and afterwards. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter in person, please contact our...

If you want a base for a golf tour in the Portrush area, this will be hard to beat. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and even kept the restaurant and bar open late for us on a Sunday evening.

I can find no fault with this hotel. All the staff were lovely, food was fab and good quality. Rooms contained everything we needed, including a chocolate on the pillow. Free wifi, and when I asked for anything, it was there! I would definitely stop here again if I ever need to be in that area again.

Nice hotel on the edge of the city. Rooms was clean and large and the reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was just average - but the location of this place was great. Only two downsides: the rooms are not air conditioned - we were there on a warm day and the room was a bit stuffy. And,...
