Our stay was in Nov 2015. You would not find a better and more friendly host then Tim and Sam. They make you feel at home. 5 star service. Tim makes a great breakfast and he is an amiable host. Ask for room 1 called 'Portrush' on the first floor that overlooking the beach and the harbour. This is the...

Tim was great host giving very useful tips and information. If you can get room 1 (called 'Portrush') on the first floor and overlooking the beach and harbour. The room was very good, clean and big enough for two people with luggage. The place is really handy to a lot of the areas attractions.

Three of us stayed one night in September. When booking by telephone we were told the double room was lovely: it might have been if it had been clean. The furnishings including the bed are tired, the mattress was lumpy. The single room was no cleaner and very cramped. None of us could bear to use the showers. Notices everywhere...

This B&B has many stairs so bring muscles or, at least, wheeled luggage! The rooms are nicely appointed and clean...although our ensuite had a small hole in the side of the tub. The views of the harbour and bay are fabulous and the sunset is spectacular. Tim puts on a great breakfast and he is an amiable host.

I booked this accomodation based on the area and views, and couldn't have been happier. We booked one of the harbour facing rooms and it was definitely worth it, the views are splendid and constantly changing. Tim was fabulous and made us feel very welcome as well as servicing our requirements, his breakfasts are pretty good as well. The rooms...

Not for those wanting a 'boutique' type environment or slick modern furnishings, but it is for those looking for an honest, decent, unpretentious, impeccably clean and comfortable place to stay. Myself and my partner turned up in Portrush on the off-chance. The supposedly fancy places were full. We were panicking, driving round and round. We suddenly saw a 'vacancies' sign...

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Harbour Heights on Monday, Sept 12th, 2016. Spontaneous decision to stay, we had 8 adults and a baby. Tim was incredibly accomodating from the moment we walked in the doors. The location is perfect, walking distance to 2 of my favorite places growing up (I now live in the States but am from...

Tim and Sam really made our stay special - terrific hosts. They have work to do to address some outdated details of the inn but the view from our room was spectacular and the chairs right by the bay window made our evening glass of wine taste super. Tiny but typical European baths. Clean but basic towels and bedding. Our...

Not only is this B&B in a great location, the old house and the proprietors were wonderful! Timothy and Sam are great and run a lovely establishment. Request a room with a view of the Harbour, it's stunning!

Harbour Heights is a contender for best B&B in Ireland. Easy, free parking to start to unload our baggage. Then a genuine welcome by Tim. View of harbor and a block or two from some terrific restaurants. Tim's advice was spot-on. Note: some visitors should check on room location if stairs are a problem. We'd stay there again and recommend...
