Visited this place in Sept 2016, one dour looking staff member with hands on hips standing beside reception, completely unable to help us with our enquiries or assist us with bookings. Seemed like it was too much bother for her! We took our custom elsewhere.

Went here Sunday past with family . The staff were very friendly and the food was fantastic and lots of it and inexpensive. It's family friendly and you can have a drink after at the bar and children are very welcome in your company.

Stayed over for a few nights will other family stayed in caravan park. It was situated overlooking the golf course, next to the caravan park and close to Portrush. The bedroom was modern, comfortable and with all the necessitates that you would expect of a hotel of this calibre. We had breakfast each morning and also stayed for evening meal....

We went here for lunch as part of an excursion from a cruise ship. Expecting the normal mediocre food- we could not have been more wrong. Lovely melon to start followed by a lovely tender topside of beef as part of a full roast lunch. Finished off with a huge slice of pavlova. All of a very high standard. Had...

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Golflinks Hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good, although 1 night I got chicken which wasn't cooked properly. We were offered a replacement instead. We were very pleased with our room, very comfortable, with a good sized bathroom. Would recommend.

Fabulous customer service from Caroline at the reception desk. Couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, I had lost my iPhone in Kelly's complex on Wednesday night and with Caroline's help it was returned to me good as new. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the north coast!

Stayed here using the Groupon deal for two nights. Having read reviews before booking we guessed the Standard Double rooms would be small and have no views, so our expectations were low for the room. The room was small, and had no view, as expected. It was also poorly decorated, and probably in need of some refurbishment. Despite this, the...

We held a joint birthday party here & were allowed exclusive use of two areas on a Saturday night - The Study for a sit-down meal for 50 and the Boat Bar to continue the party with another 40 people after. The menu was an excellently priced (£13 per head for two courses) set menu with lots of options to...

Staff were very helpful from the minute we checked in. Room was clean and food was very good as was the hotel facilities. However the hotel is undergoing a refurbishment so some areas are not up to what you would expect it to be, ie on walking up the main stairs to our room, the hand rail came away from...
