First impressions were good when greeted by a very friendly and helpful female receptionist. First impressions continued to be good when we entered the very nice bar adjacent to the reception area to watch the football on BT Sport which had just started. At half time we decided to bring our bags in from the car which was parked outside...

The port hotel is in a great location central to both beaches local bars and restaurants and of course the amusements.rooms are clean although slightly dated decor but they serve their purpose. We didn't have an evening meal but breakfast was good with plenty of choices and the restaurant menu looked good and inexpensive too.the staff were very nice and...

Stayed over night here last night. Staff was very helpful and friendly could not fault them. However the place needs a good clean. No lift (so we had 2 walk 3 sets of stairs to our room). Stairs could do with a good hoover. The room was ok, bed was ok slightly uncomfortable an seems to be collapsing in the...

Arrived here at 1240 for early lunch before the crowds got any worse on Easter Monday. Sat at a table at window then told to move if we wanted food. Imagine paying customers wanting to sit where they want? Waitress took orders then we think the chef went home. Kids pizza, 1 burger and 1 lasagne and no sign of...

Very clean and ample en-suites. Very good bar/restaurant area offering decent beers and a decent food menu, although a lot of the food is cooked from frozen....

We went had an alright time here. The first night we were put into a very small room with a burner outside the window. The window was frosted glass and didn't open very far so room was stuffy. However after we spoke to the receptionist they were very helpful and professional, moving us up a floor to a lovely light...
