The ideal hotel to spend a few days relaxing in peace. Ideally suited for hikers as various hiking trails in the area are well signposted. The staff are very friendly and endeavour to make the holiday season as comfortable and enjoyable as possible for their guests. The spa area was not crowded due to the season and low season. A special highlight was that the outdoor pool was heated and we could swim in the fresh air.

Exceptionally polite staff. Beautiful spa facilities. Great surroundings for autumn walks, dog-friendly. Great evening menu, a vegan menu was even put together on request (upon prior request). Exceptionally extensive breakfast buffet. Great outdoor pool. Can be combined very well with a visit to Zotter. We will be back!

Booked the hotel seh on short notice and was positively surprised about the out friendly staff. The three ladies at the reception were really very nice and friendly. We should then enjoy a very great four course dinner in the evening and here too we were surprised by the over from friendly service and very satisfied.

The wellness area is small but fine with great clean saunas. Only the water in the pool could be a little warmer for me!

Location is nice, staff friendly except for the cleaning ladies. Breakfast buffet is good, lunch/dinner selection for vegetarians is unsatisfactory. The fact that smoking is allowed in the covered dining area and around the pool is met with incomprehension by many non-smokers! As advertised, the hotel is very dog-friendly. However, the majority of dog owners do not play by the rules. Dogs run around freely and unpleasant scenes keep occurring because the dogs cannot be called back. They are never monitored. The dog zone is spacious but unfortunately very steep and has hardly any shade. Holes in the fence tempt smaller dogs to escape. It is also hardly used. To the Top 3 Landhaus: Be careful! According to the new director, Mr Tödling, the terrace directly in front of the apartment is common space!!!! You have no privacy whatsoever. Neither the cleaning staff, e.g. B. on the way to the break and wedding guests (weddings take place on the lawn in front of the apartment) walk across the terrace - basically stepping over those seeking peace and quiet - and also openly looking into the apartment and the bedroom. The location is very quiet. The reason for the trip was to have a firecracker-free time on New Year's Eve, as our dog is afraid of fireworks. It was very quiet and our dog was able to relax. We came to the Eisenberg for the third time and we liked it again. The same goes for the friends who accompanied us this time. We found the room at the back of the hotel very pleasant. The breakfast was always perfect. Since we were always out cycling and came back rather late, we were only able to enjoy dinner once; this was also great and plentiful.
