The hotel is easy to find and has a large car park. It's about 10 minutes walk to the town centre or a few minutes across the road to the shoreline. Check in was simple and pleasant and the room was excellent. Lots of storage and power sockets, good sized desk and plenty of room. Wifi was good and the...

My review is somewhat mixed as whilst the room and the food served was lovely the service I received was perplexing. I was a guest at a wedding and as I was travelling in excess of 70 miles I booked to stay. When I discussed the room cost with the groom he said everyone staying was getting a 20% discount....

staff weren't overly attentive but the food was good. the guy serving the carvery meat wasn't the most generous and the soups were not very nice but i really enjoyed the chicken wings, salads and the mashed potato! plenty of choice of desserts.

This was an overnight trip to Carrickfergus for an event outside the hotel. I booked the superior room as I wanted a bit of extra comfort and my impression of the hotel from the website was more of a Travel Lodge style. I was told that the hotel had been modernised and certainly the room was very clean and comfortable...

Booked an overnight stay here for £129. This included a great three course dinner including a bottle of wine between two. Entertainment in the lounge all evening. An executive room and full cooked breakfast the following morning. Ample free parking. Easy stroll into Carrickfergus town.

I stayed here on the last leg of 7 nights in Northern and Southern Ireland as it was handy for the ferry crossing in the morning. Just nip onto the M5, onto the M2 junction and your at Stena Belfast. I have to say everything was good. The room spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The restaurant opened at 6:30 and...

we booked to stay overnigh after oour son and daughter-in-law's wedding reception, and everything was very good. The staff were very helpful, and the room was nice and tidy and warm. The wedding reception itself was very well catered, and everyone had an exceptional day.
