Been here many times, always spotless and friendly. Amazing breakfast as always. Nothing is too much trouble for Jenny & Ken. I can highly recommend, for good location and walking in the Dales. Skipton town is a mere stones throw away.

Just returned home after a week in the Yorkshire Dales. Could not have asked for a better guest house. Location to town centre was great, parking not a problem. Rooms spotless, breakfast superb. Ken and Jenny couldn't be more helpful. The location is superb with easy access to the town and surrounding district. I think there is free internet - though I didn't use it. I'm out of touch with prices so unable to judge as to price range.... but extremely good value.

This was a really relaxing 'home from home' weekend break. Lovely people looking after us who catered for our every need and tailored breakfast to suit individual tastes - all perfectly cooked as well. Rooms were really comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel was perfectly situated in walking distance of the Auction Mart (festival venue), the castle, woodland and the town....

We were greeted with a very warm welcome and with good recommendations of the local area. We were staying in room 5 and 7 and both rooms were very spacious and nice. The full English in the morning was very good and perfectly timed. I would recommend this guest house to all.
