Hello Les, Thank you for you lovely words, we are stoked to hear (read) that you had a wonderful time in this special part of the world with two of our wonderful guides. We have a very small team, and our passionate and dedicated guides are our biggest asset - we of course wouldn't be able run the business, and show guests the unique and beautiful takayna/Tarkine without them. And the journey they take people on is life-changing! Thanks again Les, and hopefully we will see you all again in this ancient rainforest in the not-too-distant future!

I'm so glad I chose this walk. The Tarkine/Takayna is an amazing pristine wilderness which blew me away with it's untouched beauty. Our guides - Trevor, Jonny and Katie the trainee - were fabulous. So knowledgeable about the area, it's history and the flora and fauna. Trevor

A privilege to have been into the wonderful untouched Tarkine, and we are lucky that Tarkine Trails facilitates this trip into a pretty secret part of the rainforest so it is very quiet and isolated, and you will see no one but your group. This is not really a walking trip -

Hi Louloubelle, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We are really glad that you enjoyed the amazing and majestic takayna/Tarkine and got to experience one of the most special places left in the world. We also appreciate all the other thoughts that you have. And will certainly discuss your thoughts during our next meeting, as well as comparing your thoughts with all of the other feedback that we receive from our guests. I am sure you will understand that everyone has different preferences, so if we have 10 people who really like something and one that doesn't we would obviously base our decisions on the most popular. It is extremely rare that we get any negative feedback and we take it very seriously, hence us assuring you that we will certainly be analysing your thoughts carefully and reviewing if anything requires more thought from our end. We would like to very publicly state however that one of our guides was mentioned in a non favourable way about his attitude towards certain groups of people, and we will suggest very strongly there is a misunderstanding here. This guide is one of our most experienced and we have never received feedback like this about him over many years working with us, in fact quite the opposite. So we suggest that this may have been a misunderstanding but shall have a chat with him, nevertheless. He is consistently getting incredible feedback from our guests and we are sorry you were maybe not able to connect with him. We wish you all the best in your future travels and we are very grateful for your support of us and the amazing takayna/Tarkine through joining us for a trip.
