I stayed one night on my own having come to Truro for a job interview. What a welcoming, warm and nurturing place. Bedroom was fantastic, just the right amount of luxury with a great shower in the on suite. What really lovely hosts Rob and Moyra are, they have got the level of care/ DIY breakfast just right to enable...

We visited Truro Lodge in early December when my husband was going to have a knee operation at Truro hospital. Truro itself is a wonderful city. I had never been to Truro before and had a wonderful time wandering around the little alleyways and cobbled streets. Boutique shops, an indoor market, wonderful pubs, and teashops all within a few minutes...

I absolutely love Truro Lodge and always try to book in there when I'm in Cornwall. It's a beautiful old house with lots of character conveniently situated in a quiet area just minutes from the bus station. You can use the kitchen at any time and it has a lovely Aga. Can't wait to stay again!

We originally came down to Cornwall for a festival which we didn't enjoy so we quickly panicked and tried to hunt down a B&B for us to go that evening.. not the greatest idea on Bank Holiday weekend. Luckily having previously lived in Cornwall I came with more knowledge than my other half! We rang around a number of B&Bs...

This is a diy b and b - you do your own breakfast! What a great concept and a good way of cutting costs. We had a spacious twin/family room. Nice thick towels and clean sheets which smelt nice. Although there's no en suite bathroom, there are two magnificent bathrooms with great showers. Friendly host who kept an eye on...

I stayed here May - July 2015 on and off and I would wholeheartedly recommend Truro Lodge as a place to stay whether you are working on holidaying in the area. The welcome from Rob and Moyra was great and they proved to be very flexible to my changing dates. I stayed in most of the rooms that they have...

We stopped over for a night on our way through and really enjoyed it. What a lovely old place - so quirky and homely! We had a triple room and it was very comfortable and spacious enough for our needs. The two shared bathrooms were amazing - I've never seen a bigger bathroom before. And I can recommend the claw...

I was visiting a friend in Truro and planning to do a lot of walking, and bus and train transportation. The location of this B&B is perfect for that being only steps away from the main bus station and town center. The hominess is a big part of staying here. It's nothing fancy, but remembering that it is in a...

Stayed for nights, originally booked for my wife and I (with dog). Unfortunately wife unable to join me, so arrived alone. Rob not phased by only 1 person turning up. Same room, but only charged the single rate. I would have expected to pay more. Good room with comfortable bed at front of house. Very quiet. Parking at the rear....
