Another great stay at Truro Lodge - our favourite B & B. It has a very good location for both the city (shops, market, eateries) and riverside /woodland walks. Rob and Moira are such lovely, friendly and informative hosts - this is truly a "home from home". Chatting over breakfast with them and their guests makes for a real family... More

Warm friendly service, lovely rooms and all the facilities you require. We had a twin room and room for three with en suite. Well equipped bathrooms and lovely old kitchen where you help yourself to breakfast. The family are friendly and inviting and have time to chat with you about your stay and what is on offer. A great change... More

Very good location, everything's just around the corner. The owners were very accommodating and kindly let us hang out in the kitchen till our car was ready(several hours!) Very good rates for the rooms, by far the poshest place I've ever stayed! Will definitely book again if in Cornwall.

Truro Lodge is a charming old house, full of interesting period features, and it was a pleasure to live for a week in such a gorgeous spot! It is conveniently close to the town centre and bus station, but hidden away in a quiet lane, and the front of the house is reached by a raised footpath. Although it's described... More

I felt totally at home here. A lovely welcome from Rob and Moyra; comfortable, spacious room; great facilities; the help-yourself breakfast and use of kitchen worked really well for me, leaving me to plan my days as I wanted. I would unhesitatingly return and encourage others to stay here!
