Would have helped if I had been told that you have to put on an outside wall switch before you can use it. Also the over basin light didnt work so dark and as woman...

I stayed at The Donnington Guest house recently and I chose to walk from the station. The walk was a 15 minute, uphill walk with the steepest part just before The Donnington, up Chapel hill. I reached the top and turned left and found The Donnington just along the road. There was a reasonable parking area in the front but...

I stayed for 2 nights as was down working in Truro so wasn't after anything in the way of luxury. It had a bed and a roof I was happy. Down sides, duvet I felt was too thin for the time of year, luckily I had a blanket in the car which helped. TV didn't appear to work. Plus points,...

I've stayed at Donnington guesthouse twice while visiting friends. Conveniently situated near the station and town centre. Very comfortable room with a lovely view of the cathedral and town, friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

The staff were friendly, the room was very warm - the ensuite was adequate however the shower was lacklustre. We stayed in a twin room which was spacious - the beds were very comfortable but squeaky. The breakfast was very good lots of choice There was on site parking Walking distance to central Truro

I regularly stay here at the Donnington whilst visiting my son in Truro. Always met with a warm welcome. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well provided with tea/coffee etc. The breakfast is very generous. Most importantly for me there is parking, although be aware if the hotel is full, parking is limited. As long as they have the space,...

After a last minute decision to travel to Truro I rang the Donnington Guest house on the day for a one night stay. They very kindly offered me room 3. Upstairs at the front. I was met by a very friendly member of staff who was very knowledgeable on the surrounding area. The room is a twin room and beds...

Once again, a lovely stay at this wonderful b&b. The team there are VERY welcoming and the rooms are warm and cosy. The bathrooms are clean, the shower is effective and with all the usual accessories, tea, coffee etc it's a great place to stay. The breakfasts are hot and fresh. The car park is ample unless you get some...

Long drive down from Bristol to visit my daughter at Falmouth University. Called and left a message with The Donnington Guesthouse at around 8.30pm, left a message asking if there was a room and if they would please call me back. Fortunately they did call back, within half an hour and said they had a room, I pulled up into...
