Absolute five star experience! I am so impressed by Natty at the Rosalyn Spa. She has perfect pressure, she worked wonders on my feet and ankles, and always leaves me feeling relaxed. I find massages are the hardest part of my holiday because it makes me think of work (I own a massage clinic in Melbourne) but Natty helps me relax completely. I love my daily 30 minute massage with her. Party and Nannoo at the Tharn Pool Bar are exceptional. Party is the nicest, funniest and just most wonderful person! My husband and I love chatting all throughout the day with Party by the pool, learning Thai phrases and enjoying brilliant cocktails. My husband is a former bartender and is extremely impressed by Party’s cocktail mixing. All the staff at the Plai restaurant are amazing. Within 3 days they knew our faces, our usual orders, our room number. They are very attentive and take such good care of us. When I dine alone, the staff come to chat with me. They are so friendly and make us feel very welcome. Our room is outstanding!! We have a partial sea view room with a view directly over the pool and the whole resort. The bed is comfy, the pillows are fantastic. A huge shower. Lots of room for our belongings, we’re here for three weeks and we don’t feel like we are cramped at all. The daily cleaning is always great. A freshly made bed every day, and new linen when we need it. The reception team are so helpful with organising shuttle buses to the market and town. The pool is great. We spend most of our day in the water relaxing. Food is wonderful, both a La carte and the buffet options. We are having the best time. So very happy with our choice!!…

We stay for 1 night and before arrival mention that is our anniversary! We were so impressed with the set up that was done for us. There was a delicious cake and a beautiful bed set up! Also a personal message written on the mirror at the entrance to the room, a lovely touch indeed! The hotel grounds was beautiful and seem like everything still very new. The Beach club was so lively the night we were and they also had a fire show. Overall we enjoy our short stay and would come back again! A personal thank you to Khun Nok and Pla from housekeeping for our beautiful room set up surprise.

Our stay at the Pullman was an eight night stay and it was amazing. Although away from the main part of Khao Lak, there are plenty of options to get into town, hire a scooter from the lovely gentleman down the road or use the bus from the hotel. The room, pool access, was beautiful, clean and made amazingly everyday by the staff. I would like to extend a special mention to two staff who made our stay even more enjoyable and unforgettable. Ms. PARTY at the pool bar and Jee PONG at the restaurant buffet. Amazing service and people! Thank you for a great stay. Ben (5104)

We do love the service here! Thank you all staff for taking great care. Also, the spa, that was AMAZING! Jee Five and Jee Ann were gold-hand massager! Don’t forget to relax at their spa. I really recommend that!

We checked in last night and I’m regretting the choice we made. It was between this resort or the Avani Khao Lak. I’m an accor member and I’m very confused at how this resort is rated 5 stars. Firstly let me just point out that the staff are very friendly and try to help out but the management has let this hotel down. Here are some of the issues we have already experienced… you have to make your own coffee and there is a coffee station they have set up! I have never had this experience in a five star resort. The food is very bland and not much of a variety. Also, there’s insects all over the food that’s exposed at the buffet. So I refuse to eat anything that’s not covered. I understand that being a tropical destination there are a lot of insects but surely staff should know how to work around it for hygiene purposes. For a fairly new resort the pool towels are worn out, the cushions used for the chairs and sun lounges are all stained and the rooms are starting to show wear and tear. Even the bed sheets were stained and the towels have a not so pleasant smell. The public toilets are disgusting, especially the toilets near the kids club. This is our 4th trip to Thailand and unfortunately the worst experience so far. We booked through Luxury Escapes and have an all inclusive package, but you still have to sign a bill every time you eat or drink! The language barrier is very difficult at this resort, which has never been an issue at other Thai resorts we’ve stayed at. Again, very nice staff members but poorly trained. It’s a shame because we love coming to Thailand and I’ve always enjoyed the good food, friendly staff and high resort standards we experience in Thai resorts but this one is definitely a let down!!!…

Excellent massage and spa procedures, very gentle, calm and professional!! I spent there 2h 40m but it felt like 6 hours of pure pleasure. Best spa at Khao Lak for sure!!! Thank you very much 🙏🏻🙏🏻
