Well, this is our fourth visit and not much has changed. Check in was painless and our room was pretty much as expected. A little tired as is the rest of the hotel but it was clean and the bed was big, fresh and comfortable. The shower was hot and had good volume. Our inclusive evening meal was fine, there...

Reception staff were great, really friendly & helpful. The rest of the staff let the hotel down. Restaurant & bar staff lacked enthusiasm and any customer service skills whatsoever. Dinner was average, breakfast was vile. Buffet was cold, coffee & tea were cold. Rooms were very tired & in need of a lick of paint! Wouldn't recommend this 'spa hotel'....

Stayed here for one night only. Check in was quick and easy. Beyond the nice modern reception area the rest of the hotel is very dated and in need of a major refurbishment. The room was ok, reasonably clean but again dated and shabby round the edges. No light in the centre of the room meant that the room was...

Dreadful! Despite there being no queue it took longer to check in than to drive there from Sale. The room was very small and cheap with marks all over the carpet. I was looking forward to watching the England vs Ireland rugby as our 4 year old was back with grandparents, the TV in the room was tiny and fuzzy,...

Absolutely disgusting place. Unclean, falling apart and noisy. The restraunt has a ZERO food hygiene rating and i wouldnt let my dog eat here. I have been here several times (not by choice) throught 2016 and things have only got worse.

Really had been looking forward to my stay here, the pictures looked good on the website and I booked an executive room on a bed, breakfast and dinner offer through hotels.com at £120.37. The hotel was easy to find and as I was driving through the entrance naively thought I wouldn't be disappointed as the exterior and reception of the...

I paid £48 through booking.com for this room, which is a double. That's all you can fit in this room, a double bed. The room is dusty old-fashioned and very tired. Cheap pink fleece throws and dirty cushions decorate the bed, The radiator doesn't work and you need a degree in mechanics to work out how to switch on the...

There is plenty of parking which is useful. There is a spa although I didn't use this. The hotel is ok - rooms are clean although they are very old. I wouldn't recommend a stay here as a trip away - however for business / local area it is ideal.
