First visit here and would definitely go back. The food was lovely and the service was spot on. We were a group of 4 and everyone commented on how nice the food was and the character of the hotel. The bar was welcoming and lively with plenty seating available. All round fantastic evening.

Stayed at the Hafod with a wowcher for £99.00 for 2 nights including prossecco... food was very good... Breakfast was nice. Staff not that welcoming... but did not expect much for the money! but was dissapointed in the room as the tv did not work and it had black mold in the windows and no radiators so it was ice...

Just come back from the curry night here, and have to say it was superb food, all home cooked too. The chef also makes the curries at the Cross Foxes at Dollegau ,Highly recommend both places if you like curry Roger & Ann Elias.

Went for our second visit on curry night, was busy and we hadn't booked, but they kindly found us a table. Both our curries were excellent, came on hot plates so food stayed hot from first mouthful to last. Looking forward to a return visit. Thank you.

We ate here on a couple of occasions and were very impressed with the food. Homemade and delicious, whether it was a main meal or sandwich. The burger was great value for money, beautifully cooked, well presented and tasted awesome. The tagliatelle was silky, delicious and stayed hot, which for tagliatelle is rare. The portions were also a good size...

If this place wasn't next to the devils bridge no one would visit. The food was a mix of ok and poor. We sat here and hot drinks before a Sunday dinner. The staff were less than helpful and obviously have no customer service training. My wife and daughter visited the ladies after the meal and couldn't wash their hands...

We arrived to the Hotel. Grabbed our million bags (baring in mind we were only staying 2 nights) we walked to the front door, opened up and walked in. As we walked in with our million bags a women that worked there walked past us and just gave us half a smile and walked into another room. We stood there...

After looking at this lovely hotel and then seeing it on 'wowcher' I just knew I had to book it. When we arrived we had to go to the bar to be booked in, here we were met by a lovely lady who showed us to our room. The room was very dated and was very cold as the wall...

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are superb, very friendly and helpful. Dogs are very welcome and our 2 staffys were allowed in both the bar and the restaurant. Parking was available outside the hotel. The evening meal selection is limited but the fish we had (with chips) was one of the best we have ever...

Booked 1 week in advance for the Valentines meal on Saturday the 11th as advertised. Was then contacted by them the day before to choose from the menu. However, the menu was not attached & not available on their website or Facebook. Requested menu still not sent. Turned up on the night to face utter confusion. Met in the Foyer...
