We stayed in Linton over the Easter bank holiday and struck gold with The Fountaine Inn. We had only intended on dining at The Fountaine Inn on the evening we arrived, as it was a stone's throw from Manor House where we were staying (another superb find on Airbnb). However. We ended up eating at The Fountaine Inn three nights...

We had a very nice meal at this Inn. It is very charming & has been decorated well inside. There was a good selection of food on the menu and when served they are good sized portions. The staff are very pleasant & friendly. Food is served throughout the day. The village setting is beautiful, very quaint & easy to...

The pub has an idylic location in a small North Yorkshire village, I have been for sunday lunch with friends and saturday lunch with my husband and mum. There is plenty of choice on the menu all food is fresh and local, they can cater for a gluten free diet. The staff are all friendly and efficient. It is dog...

We have now eaten here 3 times and never been disappointed. It is excellent pub food at a good price in a beautiful setting. Food is served inside and outside and even on the green on the riverbank in good weather. There is a small area set aside where dogs are welcome but it is advisable to book a table...

Small country pub situated in the middle of the village of Linton, not far from Grassington, which is also a delight and only a short distance away. Unpretentious and delightful in every way. The position of the pub makes it ideal for walkers and they welcome dogs in the bar and Linton Room. The food is excellent. I had the...

Great location for exploring the dales around Linton, Grassington, Burnsall, Appletreewick. We stayed on a Saturday and ate in the restaurant after a days walking. The food was superb, lots of choice on the menu and breakfast was fabulous too. Bedroom was ideal, coffee & tea making facilities with fresh milk and bottled water provided. We will definitely be booking...

My partner and I took advantage of the £99 Sunday offer. This included an overnight stay, 2 course evening meal (you can choose from any menu - including specials) and breakfast. Located in the beautiful hamlet of Linton in Craven you are only a ten minute walk away from the breathtaking Linton Falls and approx 30mins walk to the pretty...

My hubby had been here before and wanted me to go too so on a wet day we decided to have a spot of lunch. Our dog was welcome in the bar area which was good. Hubby enjoyed a couple of pints whilst I stuck to sparkling water. There is a good menu all reasonably priced but we decided to...

My husband, 7-year old daughter and I had a lovely mid-week evening meal here. The food was amazing, the service friendly, and the decor was fab. Would utterly recommend. Not the cheapest, but by no means overpriced given how good the whole experience was. There's no pub car park, but street parking was fine.

My partner and I chose the Fountaine for our Valentine lunch as it was the place we went to on our first date. We waited for over 20 minutes before the waitress brought us a menu let alone asked if we required a drink. We waited another 45 minutes for the food to arrive and got the distinct impression we...
