very impressed with everything. Rooms were good and cleaned every day which is extremely good as I don't like making my bed. Food was excellent and service was great. Shoutout to Chanelle, Steph and Lyds for service. Bikes were great quality and thoroughly enjoyed the biking workshop. Easy access to surrounding area multi passes are great, weather great, overall great....

Got back 17 July from week at this hotel. Overall great value for the money we paid. Previous reviews complain about the hotel and it is basic but was clean and more than met our needs. We were quite a large family group and all our three rooms were clean and without mould and defects. The pool and hot tub...

I just returned from a week's family holiday with my two teenage boys. The hotel is in fairly convenient location (less than 10 minutes walk into town) and at first it looks in reasonable condition, however, the hotel is tired and in need of some modernising. Our room in particular needed quite a bit of work and could have been...

This was a real find. Stopped here after walking up a mountain for 1& half hours. We all needed a much deserved drink. The service was quick & friendly. Although we didn't eat someone at the next table was. The food looked good. The Renard is a pretty little place to drink & eat. Hope to get here again.

We traveled with Alpine Elements and were extremely disappointed with the condition of our bedroom at Chalet La Renardiere. The floor covering close to the door was threadbare with a hole showing the subfloor beneath. The doors to the balcony were mouldy, the timber was rotting and water leaked through them saturating the carpet close to it. Mould was also...

I stayed at Le Renardiere with my parents and partner for a skiing holiday in March 16 and we all thought it was a lovely cheap and cheerful hotel, with friendly staff and fantastic food. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast, including a hot option 6/7 days. Afternoon tea was nice after a day on the slopes between...

First impressions were not great. Upon arrival we walked in via the unsecured door and struggled to find anyone. There was a rather unpleasant aroma in the entrance foyer. Walking through to the dining/bar/kitchen area we were greeted by the dirtiest floor, the kitchen was a grimy mess. Tea and coffee were available how ever a clean cup (from the...

I booked a 3 night stay through Alpine Elements. Staff were really nice, hotel was comfortable and warm (something I often struggle with on skiing holidays!) the restaurant was nice and the food was lovely. I am a fussy eater and I was always accommodated when I needed an alternative option. I was a bit disappointed with a couple of...

We stayed here in February 2016 for a week skiing with my wife. We booked via Alpine elements, who orgainsed transfers, ski passes, equipment rental etc...all very well done. La Renardierre is a convenient hotel/chalet for Morzine centre. A 10 minute walk into town (and the Pleney lifts), and a free bus "E" back out from town drops you just...

Great location, professional, attentive and extremely helpful staff, superb food and lovely warm, clean hot-tub. It was my first time with Alpine Elements and will definitely use this tour operator again.
