Went for a week with a college friend as an affordable week of activities. Staff were lovely, food was really good (except from the pancakes) and there are a fine array of activities available! Our only disappointment (except from the pancakes) was that our hol ran into September, at which time a lot of Morzine shuts for the season, causing... More

Stayed for 2 weeks and had a great holiday. The staff were helpful, friendly, talkative and gave good tips on what to do & where to go. They really put themselves out. Fixed dinner menu - the chefs did a fantastic job cooking really high quality meals. The manager, Mark was superb and Gus was great with the bar, pool... More

I have just returned from a holiday organised by Alpine Elements. I stayed in La Renardiere, a chalet hotel in Morzine. The cost of the holiday included, flights, food, accommodation and an amazing free Active Pack. I spent a lot of time walking the beautiful mountain trails but other guests went for the full experience - white water rafting, mountain... More

We've just returned from Morzine and had a generally enjoyable holiday. This was primarily because of helpful staff (particularly the bike staff - Jeff especially) as well the generally good weather. The location is stunning and there's plenty to do with inclusive access to the large town swimming complex and the lifts/cable cars and so on. However, what really let... More

From the moment we arrived to the minute we left(very early transfer), we were made to feel very welcome by hotel manager/assistant manager Mark and Steph. Nothing was too much trouble for the young staff there and they would willingly help you in any way that they could. Chanelle, Ian, Gus, Jonjo and Ash were all fab (Sorry if missed... More

Shoutout to Chanelle, Steph and Lyds for service. Bikes were great quality and thoroughly enjoyed the biking workshop. Easy access to surrounding area multi passes are great, weather great, overall great.... More

Got back 17 July from week at this hotel. Overall great value for the money we paid. Previous reviews complain about the hotel and it is basic but was clean and more than met our needs. We were quite a large family group and all our three rooms were clean and without mould and defects. The pool and hot tub... More

I just returned from a week's family holiday with my two teenage boys. The hotel is in fairly convenient location (less than 10 minutes walk into town) and at first it looks in reasonable condition, however, the hotel is tired and in need of some modernising. Our room in particular needed quite a bit of work and could have been... More

This was a real find. Stopped here after walking up a mountain for 1& half hours. We all needed a much deserved drink. The service was quick & friendly. Although we didn't eat someone at the next table was. The food looked good. The Renard is a pretty little place to drink & eat. Hope to get here again.
