I stayed here last Aug and have just booked again for this year, I will be honest and give good and bad. I have given it stars because we had a fantastic holiday, but the chalet only deserves a 3. Chalet is in a great location. We probably had the worst room in the chalet. Room 6 should not be...

Our trip to morzine has been made fantastic by the team here. Hotel fulfilled our needs. Cooked breakfast daily afternoon cakes and service with a smile. Harry Maisey and G are absolute credits to the company. Although no maintenance was needed we were introduced to the maintenance team here (Ross and mikey) Who advised us in there was any issues...

Brilliant Staff. Friendly and courteous. Breakfast and afternoon tea excellent. Great value for money. Rooms a bit basic, but you get what you pay for. This company is very lucky with the staff it has.

Our trip started off being greeted by an apparent unenthused/ tired guide who provided the guests on the coach with no information about the resort apart from selling passes with five mins remaining on our transfer to the hotel. As a newbie to this type activity /break some information regarding location of lifts, buses etc would have proved to be...

Dear Richie, Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that the hotel was comfortable and offered all of the amenities that you would expect for a ski chalet. Ordinarily, our reps try to give as much information on the transfer as is needed and there is also a welcome talk given on arrival, depending on the time...

Stayed recently with our family of five - two adults and three children. Basic but clean which is all you need. Good choice of continental breakfast and a daily changing hot option. Staff young and attentive. Shame no authentic french baguette (was part-bake oven variety). Hot tub hot (some aren't!) and nice home-cooked cakes everyday. Thank you for a lovely...

The accommodation is basic but clean, bright and well maintained. Good breakfasts (continental and a different hot option each day), lovely helpful staff and it is just a 10 min walk to the Pleney and Super Morzine lifts, and the town centre. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

it may not be the ritz, but its very clean, well run and bedrooms are bright and spacious. In fact its better than most 3 star hotels weve stayed in. Staff are very good as they are in all Alpine elements holidays weve been on. We were a bit put off with its B&B only status but actually the saving...

Well well well, what can we say about this place!! Shout out to all the staff that work here; Harry, Matt, Sam, Kirsty, Charlotte, Maisie and even the wannabe staff Georgie and Emma. Couldn't rate these guys/girls enough for making the stay such a laugh and being helpful. Only thing is they don't dish out cuddles lightly so for all...

Stayed here for a week snowboarding with Alpine Elements. The basic accommodation was clean and comfortable. The location was within walking distance to the Super Morzine and Pleney lifts. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a different hot option available. It was good to have afternoon tea with freshly made cake after a day on...
