Amazing service, happy to get up super early so we could hit the trails first thing, and the breakfast was perfect, not to mention delicious. Here are a few notes on why we wouldn't go back: An en suite room is a room with a shower and a cracked sink. There are however shared toilets and these sometimes even have toilet roll in them. There is no sink, but there are alcohol gel dispensers. Every single one of these is empty. A lock on the...

Dear Minicabbage, Thank you for taking the time to provide some feedback following your stay and I am sorry to hear that some aspects did not meet your expectations. With regard to your comment about en-suite rooms, our website clearly states that all rooms have en-suite shower rooms. We have recently re-tilled our en-suites in the bedrooms. There is a...

First impressions: Very exciting as never actually stayed literally on the mountain before, was cool to get the lift up. I got my lift pass for the week at the bottom at the Nyon Telecabin. As suggested by Eliza in her emails. I got to the top & there I was on the mountain, it was snowing and people skiing...

From the welcome drink on arrival to the very kind help with my luggage back to the top of the Nyon lift on my departure, the staff exceeded every expectation. They were without exception first class. Well done Eliza for running such an efficient and happy team. The food was excellent, the rooms clean and warm with lots of towels...

Customer Service: Our group had the most amazing time at Inferno. It was the staff who i think really made our holiday, here are a coule of examples: Alessandro took us out for a guided day around the mountains cherry picking the best slopes for our mixed ability group and showed no end of patience with me (the slow one.)...

Just got back from a week at Inferno and had a fantastic time. The accommodation is situated up the mountain, which means getting a cable-car up (or a skidoo out of lift hours), but makes getting to any of Morzine / Les Gets' slopes a breeze. The team were friendly and attentive, creating a great atmosphere. The included evening meals...

What can I say. Upon reading a clearly ridiculous 1 star review just as I was about to review it myself I was compelled to say this isn't a 5* luxury chalet - it's a fun lively comfortable bunkhouse - if you want people to empty your bin every 2 minutes and faff about tidying your mess - go somewhere...
