This is a clean, well located hotel with excellent food. The breakfasts were fantastic. Most of the menu is made in house from scratch. What can’t be made in house is purchased through high quality local providers. The grounds are secured and nicely set up with seating areas. If you are looking for a good place to set up as a base to explore Provence, you will appreciate Terre de Provence.

We just came back from the trip to Provence and loved this hotel. The location is very convenient - just a few minutes drive from Avignon. The room we got has two floors and is very convenient for a family of four of us. The staff were very friendly. We had dinner buffer at the hotel as well and it was excellent!

Straight off the autoroute and you are in a commercial zone that could be anywhere. What's nice about this gated hotel is that it has little touches of Provence in the outside seating areas, complete with water features. There was plenty of free parking on site, and though there is a surcharge to use the leisure facility (small swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room), it was great to have this option available to us after a long drive. The restaurant was closed during our stay (Covid times) but there seemed to be plenty of options in the area and 15 mins from Avignon. The rooms are motel-like and a bit like containers, so although we couldn't really hear noise from the road, we could hear the loud voices and TVs till 3am, though the hotel did their best to ask people to be quiet. All in all, if you are looking for somewhere just off the motorway, and don't mind the lack of character, then this place is fine. The staff were super friendly and helpful too.

our last stopover the evening before we arrived at our holiday destination in the South of France. On arrival we found a great hotel. After we checked in after a long journey we went to our room (2 floors duplex). Unfortunately, we found that the air conditioning on the top floor did not work. it had been a day with high temperatures (34 degrees celcius). During dinner we reported the defect to the reception. the manager went with us to see if it could be solved but unfortunately this was not the case. She went to see if she could arrange another mechanic. When we still hadn't heard anything at 22:00, I send a message to reception and went back to the reception to get an update and ask for a ventilator. They didnt have any! We had a terrible night and hardly slept. Next morning during checkout we hot the message that we didn’t have to pay the drinks at diner (€46,-). Keep in mind that we spend € 319 so we got a discount of 14%. even when we indicated that we did not find this compensation reasonable for the inconvenience, the staff was not reasonable

a good hotel distinguishes itself in offering service and solving problems if they arise. This hotel clearly failed to do that. we arrived exhausted at our holiday destination with 2 young children.

This hotel is a motel. Thumbs up for the in-site free parking. Clealiness could be significantly improved. Staff at reception is very well mannered and professional. A car is needed to reach Avignon. Located in the harbor area, not particularly charming.

The hotel is very clean and modern. It has secure parking and is only a few minutes from Central Avignon. The staff is very friendly and helpful and speak excellent English. The air conditioning works great.

The breakfast is excellent. The only option for dinner is a 21 Euro buffet. We would have given a 5 star review if it would have been possible to get a light dinner for a reasonable price.

We stayed here as we were going to a wedding in a nearby village.
The hotel room was small but clean and a nice shower. Staff spoke excellent English and very helpful. Downside, it's in the middle of a commercial business park so without transport, there would be nothing to do and taxis are expensive. For us it was ok as wasn't there much.

The hotel grounds and design are artsy and avant-garde. The reception we received upon arrival was a little cold to my taste and I did not feel welcome at all. From what I understand, the woman in charge of reception was dealing with a wifi issue or something - but her overall demeanor made me feel like we were imposing on her time by checking in. She ended up being helpful in ordering a cab later on in the evening but that was after she was able to tear herself away from other seemingly more important matters and French speaking clients.

The room itself was small but very nice. This mattress would end up being the most comfortable one amongst the three other hotels we would stay in this trip in France and Poland. There were no towels in the room- we notified the same woman at reception and went out for a walk to the store (see info regarding store below). Upon return about an hour later, still no towels and had to go out again to ask her. She forgot. Not a huge deal, but still unpleasant.

We paid for breakfast for the next day when we checked in the day before. Unfortunately, we missed breakfast in the morning (our fault) and had to ask for a refund. The reception manager in the morning was a gentleman with a much more pleasant demeanor and was much more helpful. He explained that he would not be able to refund the money but they would be happy to make us anything we wanted plus the free food and drinks bar that is available to all guests until 6pm. They did not have to do this and we were very well served despite having made this mistake. This alone would have warranted a 5 star review had it not been for the towels and the unpleasant woman as described above.

The hotel bar/lobby with drinks and snacks is AMAZING! Great coffee, water, soda, cookies, etc. All free of charge. Great perk.

We did not get a chance to see the pool unfortunately but I am sure it would have been very clean just like the rest of the common facilities. This hotel was also situated about 25 minutes from the Avignon TGV train station, which was not a bad ride at all.
There is a store- Aushan or something- it is like a giant Walmart surrounded by a mall with Zara and other higher end brands. It is about a good 20-25 minute walk from the hotel, however it was interesting to see the locale.

Overall a nice experience and I would stay here again for a short stay.
