This hotel close to Strasbourg must have gotten/seen better days . The room smelled, old furniture ,no airco and mold in the bathtub, The restaurant has some great food (aged beef fridge but pretty expensive). We tried the foie gras and the 'rognions de veau" which was very good . Poor champagne and average wine card . In the morning...

Odd really that the restaurant is well above average and very busy so one would expect veery nice cosy boutique rooms to match but non! The rooms are well past there best and in need of serious refurbishment. We checked in and our room stank of bleach and bug spray, it was so overpowering. We had to ask to change...

I booked the hotel through this web site and received an confirmation e-mail by return. However, on the day when we planned to stay on 5 May 2016, the owner of this hotel phoned me and told that there was no room available for you due to overbooking, then we(the owner) booked another hotel in front of us. I told...

Rooms very simple, somewhat outdated furniture but OK for a two nights stay. Good breakfast and very good restaurant. We took the taxi to get to and from the hotel as it is located out of the city centre.

After the aperitive a nice Rhum Planteur, we hadthe chance to see Kanagroos in the forest passing by while we enjoyed the sunny Terrasse. A wonderful lunch, to celebrate the increase of Capital of the frog Company with a nice and high quality Alsatian wine, a lovely Riesling to taste a marvellous fresh fish served with ardente Italian Tagliatelles. Stayed here one night as a part of a self-guided bike tour. Totally unfriendly reception .. they didn't make the connection that we were with the bike trip (despite already having our luggage put into one of the hotel rooms) and showed us rooms that looked like they hadn't been updated since the 60s. When they finally realized that we...

A friend recommended this as he dined here before so I booked in with 4 friends at the start of a motorcycling trip to the Alps. Garage parking for the bikes and motel style accommodation. The friend was so confident we would enjoy the food that he joined us for the evening and we were not disappointed. You could save...

The hotel has simple rooms, 1-9 open onto a lovely silent fenced garden, ideal for pet owners. The restaurant offers a very high standard of cuisine in a lovely indoor - outdoor setting. The cheese selection is fantastic, service is exactly the right pace and the overall dining experience excellent. The hotel is located on the edge of tow next to...

We did not book in advance for several nights and took what we found along the way. Adventurous! On the road between Strasbourg and Reims we came across this little motel that didn't look like much but it was quaint and we were tired. And the lady on the desk speaks English. As you would expect in a motel, the...
