A well presented hotel with quirky themed rooms. Clean and bathroom spacious and water hot. Internet available however we had difficulty accessing in our room. Breakfast was plentiful and room was warm. Good value for money. Recommended

Stayed for one night, arrived at 4.00 pm, lady on desk was just going off shift had to pay first ( a little strange these days ), showed us our rooms, showed us where breakfast would be, then left. Room had recently been refurbished and had a double bed ( they must have asked especially for "very small" size double...

I stayed at that hotel 3 nights, didn't try the restaurant. My room had three beds (it was booked for me) so i don't know if this is standard or only for my case. Pros: -Bed is comfortable (single), and since i had 3 beds in my room, i had many pillows -Room is clean, and tidy with a small...

The only down-town establishment in a beautiful sleeper of a village called Haguenau, nicely located across from the Train station. Needs a cleaning and update on the façade on the front of the building. Room was clean, bathroom could use some attention, the commode was stained. The bed was not comfortable and sleeping quality is lacking. The hotel is on...

We were required to pay in full before parking or checking into our room. Breakfast was the worst we had in our 22 nights in Europe, and we had to pay for it. The staff was extremely unfriendly and rude, the worst we found anywhere. The Japanese woman who was on duty for breakfast yelled at us twice about whether...

Good value room- €100 for 4 of us in a shared room. Separate toilet and shower- smart idea for shared room. Breakfast- €9??? Taking the absolute 'mick' to be honest. Great location in terms of proximity to town. Major major issue is traffic noise. It is right at major cross-roads in Hagenau. There is revving cars, loud booming crappy French...

Good location and housekeeping. That's all. No wi-fi in rooms for 2 weeks. No english-speaking personal. Every day repairing something. Poor breakfasts
