We had an evening at the Wheatsheaf Inn while we were staying nearby. The owners were very welcoming & as we had 3 children with us they were more than happy to accommodate our needs. We had a lovely meal & a very enjoyable evening in this very cosy Inn.

An Irish lad and a Yorkshire lass make you feel like family in this quaint, cosy pub which is across the road from a historical church and surrounded by spectacular countryside. It's a bit off the beaten track but well worth the short drive as the food is scrumptous...well above the usual pub grub with a good choice of menu...
