We were located in the main building. Room 19 on the top floor: spacious, clean, great view, cute looking room, soft beds. Just good. No airconditioning but it wasn't necessary when we were there. No tea facility in the room so I brought my own. Location is wonderful! Esch-sur-sure is beautiful! The Restaurant of the hotel Is just amazing so...

The parking garage near the hotel is certainly a plus when you visit the hotel by motorcycle. Besides that, there aren’t many reasons why you should stay in this hotel. The room was clean, but not comfortable. The walls, ceiling and doors are thin, so hope you don't have noisy neighbors. My neighbors above decided to use their whirlpool at...

You must always said something nice - so my mother tought me. The bar-staff was very nice and friendly, the breakfast was good - they even had a personal egg-cooker - and the room was clean. But the name "Gourmet and Relax Hotel" set some expectations at a higher level. We had to carry our bags up 3 floors through...

Were allocated rooms down the road from the hotel. Adequate but pretty basic. Hotel itself and restaurant look good. I assume the owners (or managers) were somewhat odd. Chap showed us in and made inappropriate comments almost immediately, probably just a sense of humour thing so laughed it off. The hostess however just didn't want us there and thought that...

I came in after the kitchen had closed but the personal managed to make me a great platter which I could enjoy with a very nice beer in the bar! The breakfast had everything that need and was served with a great smile!

The lady at check in clearly dislike all that stand before her. We had the worst room of our two week European trip. The rest of the staff were fine if you could find them but the very aggressive lady hosted breakfast which was a poor affair in a breakfast room she had failed to mention at check in. This...

Was insulted and mocked by the old woman within minutes of meeting her. She appears to be the landlady's mother. She certainly does not like English men. I had seen on reviews that she was insulting, however I thought it was people being thin skinned. I was not prepared for the barrage I received on the second night when I...

3 mid-50's males on a Motorcycling tour of Europe, stayed 1 night at this Hotel. It is, undoubtedly, a biker-friendly establishment, providing a locked and heated garage for the bikes. The accommodation was in an annexe about 50 yards from main Hotel. I shared in a top floor twin room, but despite the effort of climbing on the very narrow...

We stayed two nights in the hotel with half board. The welcome was rather rough and at the limit of be unfriendly. We had room 35 (room with Jacuzzi). The room was very clean and well maintained. We received from friends a “hotelcheque” and we picked this hotel to use our hotel voucher. The deal of this voucher is that...

We stayed here for one night on a week's tour of Europe. This was our last night before catching the ferry back to England. The drive up to the hotel was pretty and we were able to park right outside. The reception received was friendly but a bit confusing as we had to keep going from bar to reception as...
