Gorgeous location, excellent accommodation, very friendly hosts and animals! Perfect place to explore Snowdonia from, with local walks, cycling etc as well as hikes further afield. Best bit was sitting out in the evenings enjoying the views.
Just got back from this lovely place yesterday. Went with my boyfriend for the weekend(surprise for his birthday)and we loved it. The host has prepared it so nicely, candles, fireplace, little lights around the bed, heart shaped Welsh cookies,it was so romantic.Animals outside are so friendly, alpacas, goats, ponies, horses, chickens and of course Pero the most friendliest dog.In the fridge there was fresh milk and Paula was kind to bring us fresh eggs the next afternoon too. There is a very detailed folder inside with lots of information about the farm, animal feeding times, places to eat, etc,it's very helpful. Unfortunetely on Sunday we had to leave and were right in the middle of the storm Ciara, thank you to Paula for letting us stay 2 hours longer until the storm has calmed down. Everything was perfect, better than a hotel room! Cant wait to come back in the summer. Highly recommend!…
Stayed here for 3 nights. Everything was just superb. Loved the location, the views, friendly dog, feeding animals, accommodation with log fire, guide book, lovely electric adjustable bed, jacuzzi, superb kitchen etc. Had very relaxing time with wife to get away from busy life. Nice little town near by for food suplies and a coffee. Village next to the town has got nice costal walk. Strongly recommend for a nice short or long break.
Just got back from a lovely stay here. We arrived late at night to warm cottage complete with twinkly lights and homemade welsh cakes. Every thing is pristine and finished to a high standard. The bed & bedding was all really comfortable. Perfect for a quiet getaway from the city. Loved all the little touches like milk in the fridge. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely loved our stay at Tyddyn du Farm. We were blown away by how beautiful the location was and how welcoming the whole place felt! Our room was beautiful and so well equipped. Had everything you needed, if not more! Pero the farm dog was so welcoming and friendly! Couldn’t stop smiling at this place and the animals there. The hosts left us fresh milk from the farm and excellent homemade Welsh Cakes which we thought was such a lovely touch. Couldn’t fault this place and we will definitely come back in the future! (Just wish we lived closer!) Thankyou for such a special stay on our anniversary!
