We stayed here on a cold January Friday night. We had a deal price from Amazon Local for dinner bed and breakfast at £129 for two. It would be difficult not to be impressed as you drive into the place, it's called the Manor and that is just what it is. Inside is just as impressive with lovely rooms and...

Firstly the hotels location and grounds are amazing ! It's just stunning and truly a special location. The room was first class and very clean. The food was again great with the best breakfast I've had in many years. Unfortunately there are some bad points to our stay. As we stayed mid week the hotel was not very busy and...

We stayed here for Christmas day and one night, with a party of 12, and it was everything we wanted. Most notable qualities, for us, were the ambiance, the fine quality of decoration and furnishing (some rooms are exquisite), the attentive service, and the beautiful garden. The open fire in the hall is a very nice feature in winter. We...

I was disturbed to read your review relating to your afternoon tea service experience, for which there can be no excuse. I note from your report that all our other guests received great service and apologise that this did not appear to be the case for you. I will immediately focus the attention of our guest service team to avoid...

This hotel has changed ownership since our last visit and the rooms have been tastefully decorated with warm interlined curtains (which are needed on a chilly night). We have been visiting this hotel over many years and have seen the standards go down and fortunately back up again. We were pleased to see that there is still a warming log...

I knew this would be a great place - you can tell by loking at the images and general write-up...what I was totally pleasantly surprised by was just how wonderful it actually was. From the moment you see the magnificent house as you turn into the driveway, i was genuinely impressed. All the original features from the heavy wooden entrance...

I apologise for the service to your room television not being achieved, as initially promised. The Manor is a lovely small Tudor house set in beautifully maintained grounds. The driveway lit with twinkly fairy lights really set the tone for a lovely stay here.
