We had a wonderful time and were well spoiled. Our hosts went out of their way in many ways! We learned all about the history of the house and the area, and received a ride in the horse cart. We enjoyed the lawn, the games, and the pool. Pascale told us all about the history of the area and provided...

Thank you for a great stay! Pascale and Hervé work hard to make their guests feel comfortable, and we could feel all the love and care they put in every single detail: the smiley welcome, the beautiful breakfast, the little rackets and balls to play in the garden when the sun is out... I really hope we can come back...

We've just got back having spent 5 delightful days at the Clos du Chevalier. We booked the family suite (Hospitalier) which consisted of two large very comfortable rooms. There's only this suite and one other room so the large swimming pool is never going to get crowded - in fact when we were there, our two kids basically had it...

"Le Clos du Chevalier" was a command post of the Knights of the Temple, late of Saint-John and welcomed pilgrims en route for Rocamadour from the 12th to the 18th century. Pascale and Hervé would like to resume this original purpose and offer you comfortable guestrooms. The charm of our family house, steeped in history, will delight you. All our rooms are tastefully decorated according to local tradition and offer you all comforts of home.The Templar's bedroom, on the groundfloor is entirely made of natural stone and can accomodate up to 3 people.The family suite "Hospitalier", on the first floor, counts two connected rooms and can accomodate up to 6 people.You will enjoy the continental breakfast with locally-made bread, home-made jam and cakes, seasonal fruits, honey from our neighbour ... more   less
