Very welcoming, friendly hosts. The family room was lovely & spacious with very comfortable beds. Delicious cake and biscuits on arrival and excellent cooked breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning !

A good choice for anyone wanting to visit the East Devon area. Carl and Jayne were excellent hosts providing a warm welcome. We stayed in the King Room which was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
