Kate looked after us really well, and provided a superb breakfast; she went out of her way to help us. The lovely old farmhouse is set in beautiful countryside, and Kate's chickens entertained us both visually, and gastronomically!

Thank you very much for putting on a lovely review. It was a pleasure to meet you all and I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Mr Foxy has also enjoyed my chickens this week but not in a nice way! Hope to see you sometime in the future, all best wishes, Kate.

We enjoyed our stay at Kate's B&B it's a nice place. Room was comfortable, very dog friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Near to charmouth and Lyme Regis. The fire was on in the lounge and was lovely to sit in front of it and read a book. Old farmhouse style.

Kate's farmhouse is old and traditional in a lovely unspoilt area within easy reach of Beer, Lyme Regis and Seaton. Kate is attentive to her guests wishes and welcomes her canine guests in the same fashion. Tea and biscuits in front of a roaring fire the wet afternoon we arrived in June. We stayed in the family room which is...

Nice peaceful place to rest after the stress of driving back from Devon! Very quiet, Kate is great with the kids taking them off to get eggs from the chickens and there are dogs everywhere. This is an old country house so expect old beams and quirky rooms, it is great though. Breakfast with fresh eggs and very good sausage...
