in my opinion the hotel here is very nice attractive, cool, comfortable and at the same time its facilities are very good for holiday lodging, the service is good, friendly. and the rooms are clean and fragrant, what I like most in this hotel is a place to relax and eat.

Great one night stay, the plane I was supposed to board was delayed twice from Bandung. I called thefront desk staff and she was able to accommodate me by not charging the one night (as originally I had booked for two nights),instead charged for 1.5 day for checking in early the following day. The room amenities was standard, was given the 6th floor. The room was spotless. But, with the humid weather and high floor, the room felt a bit damp upon entering. But, with the AC on, eventually the room became not as humid. No complaint.

The room size was just standard, bed was ok. Quick check in. The only complain is the shower, the water coming out very small that makes me takes a long time to shower. And the water when it first comes out was so dirty. Just have to wait for sometime before it clears out. I also do not like the room deodoriser that they use to reduce the smell of its dusty carpet.

Very strategic and convenient location. Just accros the train station. Hotel is clean, pool was nice, small but well maintained. However there is no soap and shampoo in the shower room. The room is also clean, staff are friendly. I stayed for two nights, the first night I noticed leakage from the air condition, but did not see it the second day. The conference room can accommodate more than 40 persons in one room.

The hotel location is just across the train station, though to cross the street is very challenging because so many big trucks and buses that would not give you a way. the hotel is about 10-15 minutes away from the heart of the city, so if you want to have dinner outside the hotel, there are only two options for you, go to the restaurant in the central city area or you can have it delivered by go-food. But if you choose the second option -- you will need to borrow plates or bowls and spoon and fork from the hotel-- be prepared to wait for 15 - 30 minutes before someone from house keeping or restaurant borrowed it for you. sometimes you will need to call them 3 times. I also got problem with the wifi password they gave me. the password always incorrect, so that I have to contact them again to get the right one. The breakfast was good, they have various food international and local food (though it is not as good as Santika in Yogyakarta).
