We had a group of families stay both at the residence and the villa. Entering the residence I was amazed by every aspect of it. So much so that I could definitely live there. The residence was beautifully presented. There were many extras in the kitchen: a delight as we all love to cook. Flowers were a very nice touch. (thanks Sara) The setting was magnificent, nestled in among the trees. On the dry hot days you could smell the bush. I think that we spent a lot of time on the day beds on the deck; just reading and watching the wild life. The kangaroos would visit the lawn more often in the evening than the morning. It was so peaceful and tranquil just sitting watching them. We didn't just stay there all the time. It was just a short car journey to Yallingup and Dunsborough. Thirty minutes got us to the wine regions above Margaret river. Certainly it was in a good location... near enough to everything but peaceful and secluded. I/we will definitely be back.

Property's Favourite Review
This is the best Luxury experience we have ever had! The hosts are so lovely, understanding, & helpful!  As soon as you open the front door of The Residence you realise the quality finishings, amazing views and just the genuine feeling of luxury. It literally had everything you could need, coffee machine, heaps of firewood, bathroom lotions and even laundry supplies. The location is great, stunning pocket between Yallingup and Dunsborough. It is close to everything but honestly the house itself had plenty to do if you want to just unplug from the world for a bit and hang around in a treehouse. Thank you Sara and Tim, this was such a great experience and I look forward to coming back. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend this retreat!!

Beautiful place to stay amongst the trees. Would highly recommend. The house has all you need for a relaxing stay. It’s also close to town. We were visited by kangaroos everyday. Great to sit on the balcony with a cuppa or a good book. Can’t wait to get back down there.

This accomodation is stunning, service was great. We booked for a few nights away to relax and this was perfect for that. Couples massage at the accomodation and delicious grazing boxes too that catered for gluten and dairy free!

My husband, myself and two boys stayed at Bina Maya over New Year. The villa was immaculate, comfortable and clean! Well situated to Dunsborough town, Yallingup and wineries was perfect. The villa has everything you need. Sitting on the balcony taking in the surroundings of the bush and nature was a favourite. Sarah was so attentive and helpful during our stay. We cannot recommend enough!
