Most of the staff are just teenagers and they can't speak any simple English and don't have any simple hotel service knowledge. Buffet dinner worth RM50 per person but the foods did not worth over RM30, we can find those foods in simple restaurent in KL and just below RM20. Most of the plates are dirty, and the staff just...

Checked in at 4pm, but room was not ready and had to wait for 20 minutes (the housekeepers did not have the courtesy to even say sorry). When we got inside the room, bathroom floor was stagnant with water. Had to wait for maintenance staff to clean the mess. Room telephone was faulty. Do they expect us to go down...

Stayed at studio suite. This hotel is meant for kids. Kids and waterpark is inseparable. For parents, please be prepared for your children with a fever the next day. Not sure either they soak too long or because of dirty pool water. Other notes, the dinner and breakfast is slightly higher than average. Many options for kids and oldies. Hmmm...tips-...

Our trip was an interesting one as we went for lunch at Carey Island Kang Guan restaurant. The food was very satisfying/great and well priced (GPS directions are wrong). To get there you have to go to Carey Island. The restaurant is right beside the bridge going into Carey Island. After lunch we drove to Bukit Jugra to see the light...

Check in was okay, a slight queue, but the front desk receptionists need to learn how to SMILE and GREET their guests. It was like we owed them a million bucks Since there were 25 of us, we took the 3 bedroom apartments and these are the problems we encountered with the apartments. 1. disgusting stale smell once you walk...

My comments, 1. Lousy service. 2. International standard? I would rate it 1 star as for the huge building. 3. Overpriced breakfast and dinner, foods are terrible. 4. Overpriced theme park entrance ticket. 5. Lousy rooms, air con not cooling us down, jacuzzi spoilt, smelly towels. 6. Staffs are so calculative. They are not well-trained. 7. Corridors are cement rendered!...

Jacuzzi in disrepair. Smells from the pet food factory across the road. Only on weekends is the buffet reasonable. Rooms acceptable but the balcony has never been cleaned properly. Layout is not well planned and as such, to get from one point to another is mostly a very long walk.
