Disappointed mostly at the lack of communication that this hotel was been renovated. If we had of known the pool and downstairs area was out of service we would of stayed elsewhere however there is no mention of this anywhere. Staff were nice and tired their best however its honestly pretty difficult to sell a construction site to people you...

We booked through Expedia & the hotel was under MAJOR construction, total disappointment. The pool & ground floor area was all closed due to extensive renovation work which was carried out 9-5 6 days a week! I think it's the responsibility of ALL hotels & booking services to make sure that that any accommodation offered is as advertised & fit...

Dropped in and was shocked by the reno getting done downstairs but the rooms looked great. Our timing was not the best so. When we got back into the rooms the bed was large and super comfy. The balcony area was stunning overlooking the water and had day beds. Will def come back. Staff were pleasant and accomodating. When the...

We chose this hotel as we had stayed here before in 2015 and found it to be extremely comfortable. This time we were upstairs and at the front of the hotel. This was not a problem, the traffic noise was minimal and at least this time we did not have the noise of people using the pool as we did...

I stayed here with my two young daughters in early March 2017. We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment on arrival, but we were told at the time it is because they were full so not in recognition for the state of the hotel. The reason I chose the hotel was for the kids to have a swim in...

The "Tradie" has been a feature of Fremantle for years. It's located on Canning Highway, "between the bridges", a short walk from the south bank of the Swan River. There are frequent buses for the short hop into Freo, and an airport shuttle service. It's also a short walk to the East Fremantle George Street precinct, a pleasant little cafe/pub/restaurant...

Great central location in interesting building with good pool and restaurant area Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed Staff friendly and helpful Only slightly let down by lack of air con in the gym and somewhat tired carpets in the corridors On the whole very good experience, especially since they accommodated us at very short notice

I booked a table on the last minute for Valentines day, the table was nice on the terrace and had a good view. The food was a bit disappointing, I ordered the $23 steak sandwich instead of the $38 steak, rookie mistake, everything else was great.

we dined here with family after it was recommended by someone we knew. Dear Christopher6000, thank you for the post. Disappointed that your meal did not go well. We are often busy so we should not be using this as an excuse. All food service should be no longer than a 20 minute wait and drinks (except cocktails) 10 minutes. Thats our goal and team committment. I will pass this info onto our...

Food was quite good and the pizzas were tasty in particular. Prices were ok but not as cheap as other places. The location was lovely and we enjoyed the view. The mood killer was the unhelpful staff that were rude and did not want to serve us at all. When actually served, the bartender backchatted us and critical of our...
