I stayed at the Hotel Rossemi for three nights during June 2018. The hotel staff - without exception - were friendly and welcoming. The hotel staff provided me with great local knowledge and were most helpful (despite my limited Italian!). Considering the size of the rooms, the inclusion of breakfast and the happy and helpful service, the Hotel Rossemi represents great value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

We are currently staying at the hotel and we will be here for a few more days, since we are visiting family. We have been impressed with the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. Our room is comfortable and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the hi in the back of the hotel. A typical Italian breakfast is served in the morning. We were also fortunate to attend a reception dinner in the restaurant banquet room, featuring a multi course seafood dinner and of the highest quality, live entertainment and dancing, and got to see how Italians celebrate special events. We will definitely be back!

Hotel Rossemi offered us an excellent stay. The family run hotel is beautifully built in the classic Italian style. The room was very comfortable and spacious, their service incredible, the food was regional and very delicious, the seafood superb. Guiseppe our waiter, looked after us so well. And when my adaptor did not work they kindly gave me one of theirs. If you are in the San Marco region, this hotel is one to stay in.

This hotel is well know for their functions and that's all. The rooms are small and you can hear every sound down the corridor and from other rooms. There was a function one night when we returned to the hotel at midnight and it was very difficult to sleep as all the music and noise echoed up the floors. This hotel needs sound proofing to ensure guests are comfortable and can sleep. The hotel is not within walking distance of any convenience store and therefore should offer snacks to buy inside. Breakfast was minimal and basic, but you get what you pay for. There was no bar fridge in the room and we had to ask for one. We were advised that there was only one bar fridge in the hotel and it was delivered to my parents room - luckily we were the only people staying in the hotel at the time. We asked for an iron and ironing board and it was never provided. When we provided feedback upon checkout the lady at reception advised that the iron was broken. It would only cost $50 to purchase an iron to share amonst guests. It should be part of the service. Seems like the owners don't want to invest or improve their business. The hotel is in a really awkward position and if you want to visit San Marco I would recommend staying in San Giovanni Rotondo rather than Borgo Celano.
