Our room was very comfortable. I would have liked a little table to write on and I was disappointed that we did not have a key to walk from our room into the garden as I had booked the room that lead into the garden. Both Caroline and Jeremy were very friendly and very helpful and the dining room was...

Excellent place for a short visit. Outstanding service and very professional, friendly and helpful staff. The beds, linen, quilts! Pillows and towels were exceptional. The house and grounds were lovely. Very close to some wonderful hotels for an evening meal.

This was - by far - the very best guest house we have stayed at. The gardens were wonderful, the room was wonderful, the breakfast was wonderful, Jeremy and his wife were wonderful and we are looking for excuses to go back there again!

Idyllic situation, clean, cosy and quiet. The owners were lovely and I would definitely go again. We all felt very welcome including the two boys and the puppy! The breakfast was a treat and served in a beautiful dining room.

Very friendly hosts, good breakfast, lovely gardens and tasteful communal areas - clean. Bed comfortable, nice linen, good feather pillows. Dairy cottage has a converted garage feel about it though - couldn't swing a cat, felt a bit like a rabbit hutch.

We booked two rooms on the ground floor as my parents are both 82 years old. It was quiet and relaxing setting with farm land environment. Our room had a door to connect to the garden which was perfect to go out and look around their garden. Staff are friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and good breakfast...nothing more to expect!...

Had the Purbeck room for 3 pleasant days. Soft and comfortable single beds with well appointed bathroom. Good breakfasts and pleasant friendly hosts. Property has a pleasant country garden with free range chickens, cats and a friendly dog. Off road parking has limited space but no problem experienced. Well situated near Sherborne in pleasant Dorset farming country.
