Rooms are quite, huge and clean, but a bit old.Staff is warm and friendly. If you are going out to a place within 10 km radius from hotel. You can book a free shuttle and same thing applies for a pick up as well There is a restaurant within the hotel, but good is average.

The location for me was perfect with our office around the corner. The restaurant and breakfast was excellent given that there was not much else around. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and pillow The location was easy to find on the main road

The staff were very friendly, the room was large, clean & tidy. After a very long tiring drive, all we wanted to do was have a hot shower but the water pressure was so pathetic it took ages. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and a sign on the wall opposite, said we had to close the bathroom...

Very nice location in Norwest, it seems a mountain lodge, but very cozy. Good restaurant and wine list. Pool and SPA. Very apreciated the shuttle service to/from business district that brings you directly at your office free of charge.

The grounds were beautifully presented , the foyer oozed old world charm, friendly well groomed staff welcomed us, our room was spacious, quiet, well appointed, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, well stocked wine bar and free parking! I really couldn't fault our stay and hope to be back again very soon.
