The moment I saw Sue I felt her warmth and kindness and a feeling that she will ensure us a pleasant stay. I had not given her my mobile or my credit card and I did not ring again to confirm our stay to, so I am grateful Sue kept my reservation and had the suite nicely warm at 11... More

Have stayed at this B & B a couple of times before. Very welcomed by hosts Sue and Jim. Very convenient for the conference we were attending. Great service and very comfortable rooms and amenities. Enjoy the breakfast and little treats as well.

My teen son and I stayed in this gorgeous place for five nights. The gardens, room and hosts were welcoming and made us feel at home. It was the little details that made this a truely special stay...the homemade biscuits, fresh flowers and Muscat with chocolates. The peaceful surroundings and decor were, in my son's words, spectacular. I would highly... More

We need it to be in Blackburn for a family event and were surprised to find such a lovely place to stay in what we thought as part of Melbourne. We were very surprised to find this beautiful place surrounded by trees and the lovely birds in a beautiful garden with a private room so much more pleasant than an... More

Our preference is for bed and breakfasts. Treetops fully demonstrates why. The rooms made you feel like you were at home, even though we were a world away. They had all the amenities of a larger hotel, yet very spacious and homey. The owners were very kind and genuinely concerned when one in our party was under the weather. Highly... More

I have been staying at Tree Tops b&b for over 3 years now for work and find all the rooms (yes i've stayed so many times that i have had the pleasure of being in each room multiple times!) comfortable and clean. The area is whisper quiet, with beautiful grounds and very accomodating hosts. There are shops just a short... More

I love a bed and breakfast stay and have to say that Treetops is up there with the best. My husband and I had a 4 nights stay in the Rose room. It is a beautifully appointed large room and is fully self contained and spacious with a lounge and dining space. The adjoining private bathroom is modern and very... More

Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 day stay, so peaceful, so cosy, very welcoming. Sue the host was lovely and nothing seemed too much trouble. The room was a great size and I normally have trouble sleeping when I stay a few days in a hotel, but not this time, had a couple of great night's sleeps - I think because it... More

I stayed here on family recommendations and will definitely stay again. This B&B was great value compared to other hotels in the area. I stayed in a standard room which had a lounge area, dining space and separate bathroom. I am always reluctant to stay in B&B's as I do not like the thought of communal dining or having to... More

I have stayed at Treetops a number of times. I love the location amongst the trees, situated on a narrow, quiet road and within a beautifully cared for property. The rooms are large and attractively appointed, the owners are friendly and always very welcoming. I have never had a problem and will continue to go there whenever I need a... More
