We had a lot of trouble finding the address. The small apartment is ok but the problem is the owners who have very cold reception. We living with no contact. We don't keep a great souvenir from that place !

I'm not sure if Tal Gerlitz, the owner of the townhouse that served as our apartment (Neve Boker 390 in Midreshet Ben Gurion) in the Negev has multiple properties ... but the foto's you'll find here don't match. The property though is nice for a couple (separate bedroom) and for families where teens accept that their sleeping times match family times - as their bed is the converted sofa in the living room/kitchen. Having breakfast outside in the sun on the huge terrace in december is something that is invaluable for someone out of Holland. As it is an apartment you have to take care of your breakfast - or Tal wil ask someone to come by in the morning - for the 4 of us we did find the 200 NIS quite overpriced.

My husband and I love staying at Tal's when we visit the Negev. He manages to get just the right balance of warm hospitality, spacious accommodation, the right amenities and an affordable price. Plus, the place is right on the desert's doorstep and Tal has a wealth of information about how to explore it. It is hard to beat!

The place is very sweet: clean and lovely rooms including spacious shower & toilets We loved staying there with our dog, and it is a perfect location for bicycles trips and hiking around the area In the same village you can also find Geofun- for bicycles trips, and renting bikes Very recommended
